Brian Glass

Brian Glass is a partner and personal injury attorney at BenGlassLaw. His practice is limited to the representation of injured people against insurance companies and the people who hurt them. Brian grew up in Fairfax where he still lives with his wife and three sons. He attended Robinson Secondary School and James Madison University. Chad A. Mooney

Since graduating from West Virginia University College of Law, Chad Mooney has engaged in a broad litigation practice. He has represented clients in many trial courts across Virginia and the Supreme Court of Virginia, as well as the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western District and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. As part of his practice, he represents individuals and local and regional businesses. He assists clients with assessment, management, and, if necessary, litigation of issues, personal injury claims and commercial disputes. Chad advises individual and business clients of their rights prior to and during a lawsuit, with an eye towards the financial impact and risks of litigation. A. David Hawkins

David Hawkins was born on December 20, 1946, and raised on a family dairy farm in Campbell County, Virginia, graduating from Rustburg High School in 1965. He has been married to Cheryl Ford Hawkins since 1970. They have two children and five grandchildren. David's hobbies include tennis, whitewater kayaking, and working on the family farm. He served in the Virginia Air National Guard from 1969-1975. David is an active member of Rustburg Methodist Church and volunteers for the Rustburg Lions Club, Patrick Henry Boys and Girls Plantation, Legal Aid Society Board Directors, Rustburg Cemetery Association, Red Cross Board Directors (Lynchburg). He is a Legal Advisor for Rustburg Rescue Squad, Rustburg Fire Department, Gladys Community Rescue Squad, and Brookneal Fire Department. David is a member of the Lynchburg Bar Association (President, 1986-1987), Campbell County Bar Association, The Virginia Bar Association, Virginia State Bar, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Central Virginia Plaintiffs Association (President, 1985-1986). Over the past forty-five years, David has represented a wide variety of clients, now primarily focusing on Personal Injury cases. He is known as a premiere trial lawyer in Central and Southwest Virginia. Bill is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Virginia Bar Association, Lynchburg Bar Association, Campbell County Bar Association, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the Fellows of the Virginia Law Foundation. He is a past-President of the Lynchburg Bar Association and has served on the Board of Directors for the Client Protection Fund for the Virginia State Bar, and as faculty and lecturer for the Virginia State Bar’s Professionalism Course. For almost forty years, Bill has developed an extensive practice in civil litigation with emphasis on personal injury and commercial litigation, trying more than 200 jury trials to completion in state and federal courts.
