Robert E. Mazow is a founding partner of Mazow | McCullough, PC. He previously served as an Assistant District Attorney and Prosecutor in Essex County, prosecuting over 100 jury trials. He also worked for Peabody & Arnold, LLP, defending insurance companies and corporations. Since co-founding the firm in 2003, he has focused on representing seriously injured clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases, recovering millions of dollars. He is known for his ability to connect with juries and is a skilled communicator, negotiator, and advocate.

Kevin J. McCullough is a founding partner of Mazow | McCullough, PC. His unique background includes working as an insurance adjuster and attorney for a national automobile insurance carrier, defending insurance companies, and serving as a prosecutor in the Essex County District Attorney’s Office. She previously represented plaintiffs at a medical malpractice firm and has experience teaching and working as a paralegal. She attended New England Law School on a full scholarship. She received her B.A. from Stonehill College and her J.D. from New England School of Law.

Ryan P. Gilday

Attorney Ryan P. Gilday attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he graduated cum laude and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Thereafter, he attended Suffolk University School of Law, where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate. He was the recipient of the Fenton Award and was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society. After passing the Massachusetts Bar Exam, Attorney Gilday began working with the Law Offices of Michael F. Mahoney as an associate. Attorney Gilday focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury litigation and has tried cases in courts throughout the Commonwealth. In addition to his trial experience, Attorney Gilday has significant arbitration, mediation and settlement experience.

Lisa J. McGloin

Lisa concentrates on residential and commercial real estate transactions. She takes special pride in helping people buy and sell homes, real estate investors entering transactions, and lenders of all sizes to ensure their loans are protected. Lisa addresses the unique concerns and needs that each client brings to the table. Lisa has represented hundreds of first-time homebuyers and currently represents active real estate investors and developers with all their transactional legal needs. Transactions range from a first-time buyer’s purchase of studio condominiums to multi-million-dollar commercial transactions. She also specializes in condominium development work. Lisa takes great pride in her work, making herself available for clients taking a common sense to all aspects of her work. In addition to her focus on residential and commercial real estate, Lisa and The Firm have a general practice handling personal injury litigation, wills, estates, landlord tenant matters and small business matters.
