Samuel DeAngelis, Esq. is a partner in the law firm of Chiarolanza, DeAngelis & DiGiacomo. He has been with the firm since its inception over 30 years ago. Mr. DeAngelis received a law degree from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Rider College. He is licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey. Louis Chiarolanza has been a partner in the firm of Chiarolanza, DeAngelis & DiGiacomo since its inception thirty years ago. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Prosecutor with the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office. He proudly served as a Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps and saw combat duty in Vietnam where he was the recipient of the Bronze Star. Mr. Chiarolanza is a lifelong resident of Madison, New Jersey and received his Law Degree from St. John’s University. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Villanova University. Mr. Louis Chiarolanza is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey in Morris County. He serves as an Early Settlement Panelist for matrimonial cases and as an Auto Arbitrator in Morris County. He handles a wide variety of cases including criminal, DUI, motor vehicle and worker’s compensation matters and family practice issues, including divorce, support, custody and prenuptial agreements. Over the past thirty years, he has represented clients in multiple personal injury cases that have resulted in millions of dollars in settlements. Brian N. DiGiacomo has experience in all aspects of criminal law and has been selected by the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 as one of the best criminal defense trial lawyers in the state. He began his legal career as an Assistant Prosecutor and Special Deputy Attorney General in Morris County, New Jersey, serving for over 12 years. During his service, he was assigned to the Major Crimes Unit and prosecuted various cases including murder, vehicular homicide, robbery, theft, sexual offenses, stalking, fraud, official misconduct, drug offenses, assault, larceny offenses, motor vehicle offenses, weapons offenses, and juvenile offenses. Mr. DiGiacomo also instructed at the Morris County Police and Fire Academy on New Jersey Penal Code and Use of Force. He continues to represent clients in criminal law and personal injury matters. He has extensive knowledge of DWI laws in New Jersey and has successfully represented clients in Municipal, Superior, and Federal Courts. Mr. DiGiacomo received his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2002 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fairfield University in 1998.
