Mark K. Gyandoh, Esq. spearheads the firm’s fiduciary practice group and has nearly two decades of experience in complex civil litigation. He clerked for the Honorable Dennis Braithwaite of the Superior Court of New Jersey Appellate Division from 2001 to 2002. He then worked for an insurance defense firm in Philadelphia for two years. Prior to joining Capozzi Adler, he litigated ERISA breach of fiduciary duty class actions for fifteen years at Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars and several federal courts, including the US Supreme Court. He was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.

Craig I. Adler

Craig I. Adler is a Shareholder and Managing Partner at Capozzi Adler, P.C. He specializes in commercial and residential real estate matters, representing various parties before local municipalities for zoning and land development approvals. He is a licensed title insurance agent in Pennsylvania and Florida. He is admitted to practice before the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas, Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, State Court of New Jersey, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, US District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Daniel K. Natirboff

Dan Natirboff, Esquire is a Partner at Capozzi Adler P.C., chairing the Reimbursement Practice Group and Licensure, Compliance, Regulatory Practice & Enforcement Group. He joined the firm in 1997. He specializes in Reimbursement and Regulatory Litigation, particularly MA Reimbursement Appeals, and has successfully litigated thousands of these appeals. He is admitted to practice before Pennsylvania State Courts, several US District Courts, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also Chairman of the Cannabis Practice Group and a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Medical Marijuana and Hemp Law Committee.

Louis J. Capozzi, Jr. is the President and Founder of Capozzi Adler, P.C. He began his legal career at Fox, Rothschild, O’Brien, and Frankel. He focuses on labor and employment, health care, regulatory compliance, Medicaid/Medicare, and reimbursement issues. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey Bar Associations and admitted to practice in various federal courts, including the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the US Supreme Court. He is a Fellow for the American Bar Association.

Brandon S. Williams

Brandon S. Williams, Esq. is a Litigation Associate at Capozzi Adler, P.C. specializing in labor and employment law. He has successfully represented clients in various tribunals, including the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Board of Review and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He also practices before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board. He joined the firm in 2011.

Donald R. Reavey

Donald Reavey joined Capozzi Adler in 2002 and became a Shareholder in 2006. He focuses on developing the firm's fiduciary practice group and chairs the General Litigation Department. He has extensive experience in resolving contractual, regulatory, and tax liability disputes in healthcare, as well as Medicare and Medicaid disputes. He also specializes in real estate tax exemptions and assessment appeals for healthcare providers.
