James G. Lare

From working as a partner at a large, Philadelphia-based law firm and previously serving as a clerk to a federal judge after graduating with high honors from law school, James Lare opened the Lare Law Firm: a boutique litigation and business law practice in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Prior to establishing the Lare Law Firm, James was a partner at a top-tier litigation firm, where he represented clients in federal and state courts. Through his experience litigating complex litigation matters, his practice expanded into commercial law engagements, ranging from drafting and negotiating agreements to regulatory compliance issues. In his present role as Principal Attorney for the Lare Law Firm, James is an active litigator, handling cases involving personal injury, commercial disputes, and employment law issues. He is known for his interpersonal skills, hands-on approach to litigation, and ability to offer creative solutions in contentious situations, particularly in child custody and equitable distribution.

Amir Stark

Amir Stark is a seasoned trial attorney with nearly two decades of experience, licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His background in complex litigation provides a unique skill set for family law, including high-conflict custody trials and protection from abuse cases. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law. She has experience in both criminal and civil matters, and family law cases including divorce, equitable distribution, support, custody, adoption, and protection from abuse.
