Louis P. Mellinger

Lou is admitted to practice law in the New Jersey Courts, U.S. District Court and U.S. Supreme Court. Steven P. Kartzman

For over 35 years, Steven has focused in bankruptcy law and litigation, representing thousands of debtors in bankruptcy under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. Additionally, for over 33 years Steven has served as a Chapter 7 and 11 Trustee on the panel appointed by the Office of the U.S. Trustee. His practice includes all aspects of consumer and commercial bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy litigation, and commercial litigation, including the representation of debtors, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, trustees, and other parties in interest.

Steven A. Jayson

Steven Jayson focuses his practice on bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation, mainly adversary proceedings, avoidance actions, motion practice, including sale of property and proofs of claim reclassifications. He represents debtors and creditors in all aspects of Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 cases, and Trustees in Chapter 7 cases. Following law school, Steven owned and operated his own law firm for three years, focusing on general litigation and collections, and was a Senior Associate with the Law Offices of Alan R. Ackerman, focusing on general litigation, the purchase and sale of businesses and real estate, collections, and contract drafting.

Walter G. Luger

Walt concentrates his practice in the mediation, arbitration or trial of commercial law disputes, with an emphasis on resolving contested business, contract, construction, estate, environmental, land use, and real estate matters in both federal and state courts. He has over twenty-five years of experience and expertise in resolving complex civil disputes, chancery and intellectual property disputes, and providing legal consultation to individuals, partnerships and businesses. Before starting his own firm, Mr. Luger was the managing partner of the New Jersey office of a well-respected national law firm. Mr. Luger was also a litigation partner in one of the most prominent law firms in New Jersey.

Robert Rosen

Rob was admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1998. He is a highly experienced attorney, concentrating his practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions, representation of landlords and tenants, drafting of commercial and residential leases, foreclosure litigation, and construction lien litigation.

Peter Rosen

Peter is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New Jersey and New York, the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and New York, and the United States Supreme Court. His main areas of practice include the buying, selling, leasing and developing of real estate, commercial, including shopping centers, and residential and all phases of land use planning. He also is experienced in the buying and selling of businesses of all sizes and the formation of Corporations, Limited Liability Companies and Shareholder and Member agreements, including Buy-Sell, non-compete agreements and succession planning as well as wills and estates. Peter has been a Municipal Prosecutor and served as President and Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Volunteers for Morris County.

Judah B. Loewenstein

Judah focuses his practice in bankruptcy law and bankruptcy related litigation, representing debtors and creditors in all aspects of Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 cases and trustees in Chapter 7 cases.
