Frederick S. Spencer

Frederick S. Spencer, also known as Rick Spencer, is the founder and sole practitioner of Frederick S. Spencer, P.A., established in 1975. He specializes in cases for the injured, disabled, and victims of negligence, and also handles estate planning and general practice. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law and has been admitted to practice in Arkansas, Missouri, and various U.S. federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Spencer has held leadership positions in numerous legal organizations, including Past President of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives and a long-serving Governor on the Arkansas Trial Lawyer's Association Board of Governors. He has received multiple awards for his advocacy and service to the legal community.

He specializes in cases for the injured, disabled, and victims of negligence, but also maintains a general practice and a large estate practice. He has served as President of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR), Governor for North Central Arkansas on the Arkansas Trial Lawyer’s Association Board of Governors, and Founder and President of the Arkansas Injured Worker’s Association. He has received numerous awards including The Roxanne Wilson Advocacy Award, The Arkansas Bar Association’s Legal Award, and multiple President’s Awards from the Arkansas Trial Lawyer’s Association. He is licensed in Arkansas and Missouri and has practiced before the U.S. Court of Appeals 8th Circuit, U.S. District Courts, U.S. Supreme Court, and U.S. Court of Veterans Appeals.

Jonathan Lemon

Jonathan Lemon holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (2008) and a Bachelor of Science in history from Calvary Bible College (2004). He joined the Spencer Law Firm in 2008, focusing on social security, workers’ compensation, long-term disability, and personal injury cases. Prior to this, he worked as a law clerk in Kansas City, assisting with legal research, client meetings, brief writing, and drafting legal documents.
