Steven G. Kmiec

Steven G. Kmiec is the Managing Partner at Kmiec Law Offices, SC. He graduated from Marquette University Law School in 1991, specializing in personal injury and insurance law. He has successfully handled cases involving automobile accidents, slip and fall injuries, products liability, worker's compensation, bad faith insurance claims, and medical malpractice. He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin State Courts, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. Marjan 'Marty' R. Kmiec (1929-2023) was a founding partner of Karius, Kmiec & Kaye Law Firm in 1959 and later opened Kmiec Law Offices in 1979. He was a voracious advocate for his clients, winning several multi-million dollar verdicts and trying cases in personal injury, automobile accident, spinal cord injuries, and bad faith claims for 60 years. He was admitted to practice in Wisconsin, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the Veterans Administration, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd and 7th Circuits, U.S. District Court for the Virgin Islands, Menomonee Indian Tribal Courts, Florida, and Pennsylvania. He served as President of the Milwaukee Bar Association for three years.

James R. Mills

Attorney James R. Mills graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1995. He has assisted numerous personal injury, divorce, civil litigation and criminal and traffic clients. He is an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin and has served on the Mukwonago Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors since 1997.

Gabrielle Boehm

Attorney Gabrielle Boehm graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota and was admitted to the Bar in Wisconsin in 1987. She handles many types of civil litigation as well as small business organizations, family law, and lake rights matters with an emphasis in her practice on real estate matters, probate, estate planning trusts and Wills.
