Gary A. Brienza

Gary A. Brienza began his legal career clerking for the Honorable William F. Moran after graduating from The Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University in 1987. He was an associate and partner at Snyder, Dimmich & Guldin and its successor firm before joining Peters, Moritz, Peischl, Zulick, Landes & Brienza LLP in 2007. He has been an adjunct professor at Lehigh Carbon Community College, Moravian College, and Northampton Community College. His practice focuses on general civil litigation, personal injury, business collection, contracts, business formation/dissolution, and insurance defense. He has served as Solicitor for Upper Saucon Township Municipal Authority, Upper Saucon Sewage Treatment Authority, and Nazareth Area School District.

Gary Neil Asteak

Gary Neil Asteak has been on a lifelong passionate quest in the search for justice. Born in Easton, Pennsylvania, he graduated Franklin & Marshall College in 1971 and Dickinson School of Law in 1974. He has served as President of various legal associations, including the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Northampton County Bar Association. Asteak is known for his lectures and legal analysis, appearing on national news outlets. He has received several awards, including being named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and receiving the Gideon Award for outstanding public defender service.

Charles J. Peischl

Charles J. Peischl graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1966 and received a J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1969. After Army active duty, he joined a Philadelphia law firm's Estates department before becoming a partner in Nazareth in late 1973. His practice focuses on estate and trust law and counsel for various business entities. He has been involved in community organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors of C. F. Martin & Co., Inc, Mayor of Borough of Nazareth (1978-1986), and on the Board of Directors of National Penn Wealth Management. As of January 2019, he transitioned to 'of counsel'.

James L. Zulick

James L. Zulick, born and raised in Easton, graduated from Easton High School, Penn State University, and University of Toledo Law School. He joined the Law Firm of Peters, Moritz & Peischl in 1977. He served as solicitor to zoning hearing boards in Northampton County, is a Past President of the Northampton County Bar Association, and has served on its Board of Directors and as Chair of numerous committees. He has also served on many local civic boards and organizations. He is now retired.

Steven Mills graduated from Shippensburg University in 2003 and Widener School of Law in 2006. He joined Asteak Law Offices in December 2007, focusing his practice on criminal defense, family law, personal injury, municipal law, and construction law. He is licensed in Pennsylvania and admitted to practice in the federal courts of the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.

Steven N. Goudsouzian

Steven N. Goudsouzian has been practicing law in the Lehigh Valley since graduating from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1994. He served as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Jack A. Panella and The Honorable Franklin S. Van Antwerpen. His practice concentrates in estate planning, estate administration, real estate, business and corporate matters. He also has experience as an Assistant District Attorney, a Professor at Northampton Community College, and a Special Master for divorce and property distribution.
