Joseph A. Bosco

Joseph A. Bosco was born in Oak Park, Illinois, November 26, 1957. He was admitted to the bar in Illinois in 1982 and Michigan in 2002, and various U.S. District Courts and Courts of Appeals. He received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 1979, J.D. from Loyola University in 1982, and L.L.M. from McGill University in 1986. He is a Martindale-Hubbell AV rated attorney specializing in complex plaintiff and defense civil litigation, including aviation, products liability, construction, commercial, auto, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and malpractice. He has litigated nationally and internationally and has been involved in many complex catastrophic aviation litigation matters. Joe is a former member of the General Assembly of the Illinois State Bar Association and a current member of the Aviation Law Section of the Chicago Bar Association. Joseph G. Alioto

Joseph G. Alioto, Of Counsel, was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, July 13, 1956. He was admitted to the bar in Wisconsin in 1981, and various U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Supreme Court. He received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1978 and J.D. from the University of Wisconsin, School of Law in 1981. David J. Aron

Mark A. LaRose

Mark Anthony LaRose was born in River Forest, Illinois, March 28, 1957. He was admitted to the bar in Illinois in 1982 and Michigan in 2000, and various U.S. District Courts and Courts of Appeals. He graduated from Southern Illinois University with a B.S. in 1979 and a J.D. in 1982. His experience includes Illinois Assistant Attorney General, in-house counsel, and co-founding LaRose & Bosco, Ltd. in 1996. He is a member of several bar associations and a licensed Michigan Real Estate Broker. Mark concentrates in civil litigation, environmental law, corporate and business transactions, and is known for strong advocacy and integrity. He also practices environmental and recycling law and assists with beach rights and property disputes.

David Koppelman

David Koppelman was born in New York, New York on May 27, 1963. He was admitted to the bar in Illinois in 1989 and Colorado in 1996. He received his B.S. in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University in 1985 and J.D. from Loyola University in 1989, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award. He joined LaRose & Bosco Ltd. in March 2003 and became a partner/shareholder in 2005, bringing 14 years of trial experience from Allstate Insurance Company's Staff Counsel Office. He specializes in civil litigation and insurance coverage issues, and is a member of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel.

Alexis McCain

Alexis McCain is an associate at L&B, concentrating on plaintiff’s personal injury and insurance defense. She is a first-generation college graduate from Chicago’s South Side. She worked at an insurance defense law firm for three years before law school. She earned her B.A. in political science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and her J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. During law school, she was a student attorney in the legal clinic and held leadership roles in the Student Bar Association. She received the Illinois State Bar Association’s Public Service Award in 2024.
