Mark Wiseman

Eliana Forciniti

Attorney Eliana Forciniti is an experienced trial attorney representing individuals in civil and criminal litigation. Her practice is focused on personal injury, worker's compensation, criminal defense and Supreme Court appeals. She also represents clients facing disciplinary action before professional boards for alleged criminal conduct. Eliana received her Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology and Latin American Studies from Wellesley College in 2008. Before attending Law School at Northeastern, Eliana served as a tutor for an Americorps Program serving inner-city youth in Boston. She graduated law school in 2012 and began working for the New Hampshire Public Defender's Program. For the next 12 years, Eliana successfully represented individuals charged with offenses ranging from DUI/DWI, theft, physical and sexual assaults, computer crimes, sale of drugs with death resulting, attempted murder, and second-degree murder.

Timothy Britain

Tim brings more than 30 years of experience to his practice in real estate litigation, commercial loan transactions, real estate transactions, environmental compliance, and zoning and land use matters. He has counseled local and national banks in commercial transactions, foreclosures, and lending matters and has drafted conservation easements, land use agreements, and utility easements for both commercial and individual clients. Tim has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2006 and was named the Best Lawyers Litigation-Real Estate “Lawyer of the Year” in Concord, New Hampshire in 2018. He also won the “Above and Beyond Award” from the Business and Industry Association in 2003.

David Fries

Philip Hastings

Philip’s practice centers on real estate development and finance, land use and zoning, and commercial lending and transactions. Tenley Callaghan

Tenley’s practice centers on commercial lending and business transactions. She guides her clients through all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including preparation of purchase and sale agreements, conveyance and loan documents, and conducting closings. Tenley offers dynamic counsel based on her prior experience as a title attorney for a large real estate settlement company and her relationships with lenders, borrowers, brokers, and transactional attorneys. She is also the managing director of the firm’s affiliated title company, Granite State Title Services, LLC. Tenley was recently nominated for the “Affiliate of the Year” award by the New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors and frequently gives presentations concerning real estate law and title matters to lenders, brokers and other industry groups.

Alexandra Brewer

Alexandra is an associate and assists clients in a variety of litigation matters, real estate transactions and land use disputes. During law school, Alexandra served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Diane R. Rubin of the Massachusetts Land Court. She enjoys spending her time in the White Mountains and on Lake Winnipesaukee.
