Brian J. Esposito
Brian J. Esposito is the founder of Esposito Law Firm, focusing on representing victims of auto accidents and wrongful death claims, as well as criminal defense. He began his law career at the State Attorney’s Office, where he worked as Special Prosecutor and Felony Division Chief of the Daytona Beach Division for the Seventh Judicial Circuit. He later went into private practice in 1988 with his brother. Since entering into private practice, Phil has represented thousands of clients; he is the head attorney of the Criminal Defense and Family Law Departments. His criminal practice includes felonies, misdemeanors, violations of probation, domestic violence, expungements and sealing of records. His family practice includes dissolution of marriage, paternity, custody, modifications of child support and alimony, injunctions and adoptions.
