Frances T. Lynch

Frances Lynch is an Arizona State Bar Certified Specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, a distinguished honor awarded by the State Bar of Arizona’s Board of Legal Specialization. A graduate of The University of Arizona College of Law and the nationally recognized Trial Lawyers College, Frances has tried numerous jury cases and successfully represented clients in courtrooms across Arizona. She served as lead counsel on an injury case that received the highest jury verdict in Pima County in 2021. Throughout her career, she has devoted herself to protecting the rights of individuals and to educating non-lawyers about the judicial system. Frances and her law partner, Bill Bache, founded Bache & Lynch in 2002. Her work is focused exclusively on serious personal injury and wrongful death matters.

William M. Bache

Bill began his legal career working for one of the best law firms in Indiana after graduating near the top of his law school class at Indiana University. That law firm defended insurance companies and corporations in personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits. There, Bill learned about the insurance industry, and the tactics used by insurance companies and their lawyers to defeat claims for compensation by injury victims. Thereafter, Bill left to start his own firm, which would represent people, not insurance companies. He wanted to use what he had learned about the insurance industry and its tactics, to help injury victims and their families obtain justice. He has now been on the side of injury victims for over 50 years. He has lived and practiced law in Tucson since 1991.

Eugene N. Goldsmith

Eugene 'Gene' Goldsmith is a native New Yorker who has proudly called Tucson home for over 40 years. Gene received graduate and law degrees from the University of Arizona and has been an Arizona trial lawyer for almost 35 years. Gene is an AV rated lawyer who maintains a general commercial and tort litigation practice. He focuses on complex litigation and working with his clients to identify problems and find solutions. Gene's practice has included partnership and shareholder disputes, securities fraud, wrongful death, personal injury, insurance coverage, contract, defamation, commercial disparagement, real estate, wrongful discharge, discrimination, class actions, quiet title and bad faith. Gene was formerly a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable James D. Hathaway, Arizona Court of Appeals, Division 2, and a shareholder and associate at the Tucson law firm of Miller, Pitt & McAnally, P.C. Gene was also a partner at McNamara Goldsmith P.C. for 25 years. Before going to law school, Gene spent four years as a teacher in Nogales, Arizona, serving as a special education resource teacher and supervising classrooms for learning disabled and developmentally disabled high school and junior high school students. Gene continues his passion for helping others through his service as a Board Member and Trustee of the Beacon Group.

Pilar Mendoza

Pilar Mendoza is a dedicated litigation lawyer committed to providing efficient and effective representation. With a focus on civil litigation, she has handled a broad range of cases including business and contract disputes, declaratory actions, sexual harassment, defamation, road design, quiet title actions, employment disputes, PACA claims, medical malpractice, product liability, personal injury, and wrongful death cases. Fluent in Spanish, Pilar can represent Spanish-speaking clients in Arizona who need support navigating the U.S. legal system. Her clients include individuals, businesses, non-profit organizations, and government entities. Pilar co-founded Goldsmith & Mendoza P.L.L.C. in 2019. Starting in 2025, the firm merged with Bache & Lynch P.L.L.C. to form Bache Lynch Goldsmith & Mendoza. Originally from Medellin, Colombia, Pilar holds two law degrees: one from the University of Arizona (2006) and the other from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Colombia (2000). She also earned a master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Arizona’s Political Science Department (2002). Pilar is admitted to practice in the State of Arizona and before the Arizona U.S. District Court. Pilar is an active member of the Arizona Association for Justice, where she has served as a Board member since 2014. She is also involved in the American Association for Justice and its minority caucus, and is a member of the Arizona Employment Lawyers Association (AZELA).

George P. Damon

George Damon is an attorney with over 28 years of experience in the legal system, having served as a lawyer, prosecutor, and judge. He is licensed for the Federal Court District of Arizona and offers personalized legal services in criminal law, DUI, traffic law, and personal injury. He is fluent in Spanish.

Michelle Garcia

Michelle Garcia joined Bache Lynch Goldsmith and Mendoza in 2023. She is a licensed attorney in Mexico and holds a Master’s degree in Oil, Gas, and Renewable Energy Law. Her academic background and perspective contribute to her thoughtful approach to legal work. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Michelle is able to assist a diverse range of clients and ensure clear communication throughout the legal process. Originally from Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, Michelle has been based in Tucson since 2022. She is known for her enthusiasm for learning and her collaborative spirit. Outside the office, Michelle enjoys reading, practicing Pilates, and spending time with her husband and their four dogs.
