Tatiana Boohoff
As the managing partner of Boohoff Law, P.A., I represent people and families who have been injured by the negligence of others. With many years of experience in successfully settling personal injury claims, I fight for my clients to get them the justice and financial reparations they deserve. I am fully invested in each case I take on, taking a personal interest in my clients and ensuring they have access to all the help and support they need at what is often a very difficult time. I take the time to investigate each situation, determine responsibility, and hold the injurious party accountable. As every situation is vastly different, each case is approached on its own merit. Some of my clients are only concerned with getting the maximum financial recovery they are entitled to, while others may be dealing with more personal matters, such as would be the case in a divorce, a bankruptcy, or a move. These variables will dictate the approach I use for each case. No matter what your situation might be, in an effort to provide the best service possible, I will always take the time to explain your options to you and will even come to meet you at your home or in the hospital if necessary. I earned my law degree from Boston University and am licensed to practice in the State of Florida. I am well-known for the work I have done representing clients who are concerned about their medical bills, damage to their vehicle, and time missed from work. I am firmly committed to treating my clients with compassion and respect - something that I have noticed is lacking with many other attorneys and, unfortunately, all too common. Having witnessed this impropriety first-hand, I decided that when I became an attorney, things would be different. Clients love that I am responsive to their calls and emails, and they often tell me that I am much more agreeable than attorneys they have dealt with in the past. I know the value of kindness, things like helping an injured victim to sit down comfortably in the waiting room or holding their hand as they get up. I have seen how these gestures can help when a person is in a stressful and vulnerable situation, and I feel blessed to be able to help. My unique combination of analytical skills, a keen sense of justice, and genuine sympathy for the injured is the foundation I have built my career and my firm upon. The way I see it, it’s all about serving my clients better and helping them get the relief and the respect that they so rightly deserve. When I’m not working, I spend a great deal of time volunteering in my local community. I also enjoy spending quality time with my husband and two sons, playing tennis, swimming, and fishing in the Florida coastal waters.

Tauna R. Bogle
I believe in hard work, thorough investigations, meticulous preparation, and honesty. Whether handling a family law dispute, a criminal matter, or a civil case, no stone should be left unturned. Every legal issue carries significant consequences, and the key to effective representation is a deep understanding of the facts, strategic application of the law, and unwavering advocacy. With this philosophy in mind, I founded my firm to provide clients with the highest level of legal skill and dedication when they need it most. As the managing attorney of the firm, my role is to provide strategic and legal guidance for my team. I hand-selected every member of my team to ensure the highest level of dedication, skill, and commitment to our clients. When our firm accepts a new client, I personally assign a lead attorney to handle the matter. That attorney will also partner with me on any unique circumstances of the case to ensure the best possible legal strategy and representation. Preparation and strategy are the cornerstones of our firm’s approach. Whether guiding a client through the complexities of family law, defending their rights in a legal dispute, or addressing any other legal challenge, we focus on building a strong attorney-client relationship, gaining a thorough understanding of the facts, and developing a clear strategy to apply the law effectively. Every case is unique, and our firm is committed to crafting solutions tailored to the specific needs and goals of our clients. My legal foundation was built at Stetson University College of Law, where I began my trial advocacy training in 1998. Renowned for its exceptional trial program, frequently recognized by U.S. News & World Report, Stetson provided a fertile ground for honing my skills through numerous mock trials as a member of the 2001 Stetson Trial Team, competing across Florida and the country. After graduation, I served as an Assistant State Attorney in the 6th Judicial Circuit from 2001 to 2007. During those six years, I handled a wide range of cases, giving me valuable insight into how the law is applied in real-world situations. This experience strengthened my ability to analyze legal issues, assess complex fact patterns, and develop strategies that achieve results. Seeking to broaden my legal knowledge, I transitioned into private practice, joining a prominent Tampa firm where I gained extensive experience in family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation. This experience reinforced my belief that thorough preparation, careful analysis, and strong advocacy are essential in every legal matter-regardless of the practice area. In October 2007, I opened my private practice in Punta Gorda, Charlotte County. What started as a solo practice has since grown into Bogle Law, a thriving firm supported by four seasoned attorneys and a dedicated team who share my commitment to delivering high-quality legal representation. In 2023, I had the honor of attending a week-long CLE training organized by the esteemed Trial Lawyers College based in Sheridan, Wyoming. This nationally recognized program, led by top attorneys and professionals from across the country, provided an invaluable opportunity to refine my advocacy skills and deepen my understanding of effective legal strategies. Our firm’s experience spans family law, criminal defense, domestic violence matters, and civil disputes. No matter the legal challenge, our commitment to preparation, knowledge, and skill remains the same. At Bogle Law, P.A., we take pride in being strong advocates for our clients, helping them navigate the legal system with confidence and clarity. In my spare time, I ride and train horses. You can learn a lot about behavior and how to get results from working with horses. I currently have seven American Quarter Horses and a 34-inch mini horse, each with their own distinct personality and challenges. Training horses has given me invaluable insight into patience, communication, and problem-solving-skills that also translate into the practice of law.
