Nicholas E. Wocl

Nicholas E. Wocl is a founding member of Wocl Leydon Personal Injury Attorneys. He received his B.A. from Providence College in 1981 and his J.D., with honors, from the University of Bridgeport School of Law in 1984. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, the Federal Court for the District of Connecticut, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Brenden P. Leydon

Brenden P. Leydon leads the firm's Product Liability practice and handles complex personal injury and civil litigation. He has successfully resolved numerous cases against major manufacturers and trucking companies, and obtained many successful verdicts. He graduated from Tufts University and Rutgers-Newark Law School in 1995. Prior to law school, he served in the United States Army National Guard. Brenden has argued numerous appeals in the Connecticut Supreme Court, Connecticut Appellate Court, and United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He has received honors such as the Connecticut Law Tribune Impact Award in 2002, the Rutger’s Law School Constitutional Litigation Clinic Alumni Award in 2001, and has been recognized by Super Lawyers every year since 2009. Robert B. Adelman

Bob Adelman has been trying jury cases since his graduation from Cornell Law School. As a result of his record in the courtroom, he has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America®, recognized in Connecticut Magazine and New York Magazine, and inducted into the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers. Bob served as the President of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.
