James T. Normand
Mr. Normand joined JMFN in 1987 and is currently the managing member of the firm. Born and raised in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, graduated Oak Ridge High School in 1980, East Tennessee State University Cum Laude, with a BA in Accounting, in 1984 and the University of Tennessee, College of Law in 1987, where he was a member of Gamma Beta Phi Legal Honor Society. Mr. Normand was admitted to the Tennessee bar in 1987; and is currently a member of the Anderson County (President 1998-1999), Tennessee Bar and American Bar Associations, Tennessee Land Title Association, American Land Title Association, the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Associations, The Association of Trial lawyers of America and formerly a member of the National Association of Accountants. Mrs. Gibson joined JMFN in 2003. Mrs. Gibson is currently a senior attorney in the firm’s property practice group. Mrs. Gibson received her Bachelor of Arts Degree and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Maryland where she was the recipient of the Deans Award for Contracts, “Best in Class”. Her practice includes residential and commercial property transactions for individuals and lending institutions. Prior to joining the firm Mrs. Gibson served in the United States Air Force.
