J.D. Baker graduated from the University of Missouri at Columbia with a Bachelor's degree in Science and Accounting in 1972 and attained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri Law School in 1975. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1975 and has handled a wide variety of litigation and cases, including Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Family Law, Real Estate Law, Banking Law, Probate, and Estate Planning. He served on the Board of Directors for St. Clair County State Bank from 1985 until 2012.

Blane Baker is an Osceola native who graduated from the University of Missouri at Kansas City with a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a minor in Finance in 2003 and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tulsa Law School in 2005. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2006 and joined Baker Law Firm L.L.C. in 2008. He specializes in personal injury, criminal defense, family law, real estate law, and banking law.

Race Leiber was born and raised in Osceola, MO, and graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Psychology, a Minor in Criminology, and a certification in Forensic Child Psychology. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2021 and was admitted to the Bar that same year.
