Judy Hodgkiss

Mrs. Hodgkiss maintains a general trial practice that includes Family Law, Civil and Criminal Litigation and Personal Injury matters. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1986 following her graduation from Baylor University. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Northeast Texas and Lamar County Bar Associations, the American Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and was a Member of the State Bar of Texas Grievance Committee, 6th Judicial District, 1996 - 2002. J. Stephen Walker

Mr. Walker maintains a litigation practice and handles cases in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, civil litigation, commercial litigation, family law, criminal law and condemnation. He is also a mediator who provides mediation services to litigants in cases pending throughout Northeast Texas. Mr. Walker is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, and has served as President of the Lamar County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in state courts in the State of Texas as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. He and his family are active in a local Baptist church and in many other community organizations and activities. Kyle H. Dreyer joined Burress Injury Law in 2022, bringing over 35 years of experience as lead trial counsel in complex cases nationwide. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Baylor Law.
