Windy R. Ortega

Attorney Windy R. Ortega graduated cum laude from Charlotte School of Law and is a member of the Maryland Bar. Richard D. Shure

Mr. Shure has been an attorney licensed in Maryland since 1991 and Virginia since 1995. Valerie F. Portner

Valerie Portner has been an attorney licensed in Maryland and Washington DC since 1989.
