Attorney Gregory Connly began his law career in 1988 when he joined the United States Marine Corps and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant. Attorney Connly was accepted into the Platoon Leader’s Course for law and began law school at Suffolk University in the fall of 1988. After graduation, Attorney Connly attended The Basic School in Quantico, Virginia and the Naval Justice School in Newport, Rhode Island before reporting to the Legal Services Support Section, 2nd Force Service Support Group, U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Atlantic at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina in January of 1993. Attorney Connly was assigned duties as a criminal defense counsel from January of 1993 through September of 1995 and represented Marines at General Courts-Martial, Special Courts-Martial and Administrative Discharge Boards. Attorney Connly’s litigation skills caused him to be sought out to defend Marines in many complex criminal matters, including aggravated sexual assault, attempted murder and capital murder. Attorney Connly resigned from the Marine Corps as a Captain and was honorably discharged in October of 1995. He returned to Massachusetts and worked as an insurance defense attorney practicing in the area of personal injury law. Attorney Connly founded Dolan Connly, P.C. in October 2000 with a focus on representing individuals in personal injury cases. Attorney Connly has put his managerial, as well as his Marine Corps trial skills, to effective use. He has successfully represented hundreds of clients in diverse personal injury litigation. Attorney Connly’s clients have included adults and children injured in cases involving electric shocks, motor vehicle collisions, falls, construction incidents, dog-related injuries, nursing home incidents, medical malpractice, prescription medication errors, wrongful death, as well as fire-related injuries and deaths. For over two decades, she has focused her practice on representing clients in personal injury claims and litigation. Attorney Connly has handled cases for individuals injured due to motor vehicle collisions, dog bite incidents and other injuries caused by dogs, trip and fall incidents, falls on ice, prescription medication errors, construction incidents, as well as electric shock and fire-related incidents. James W. Dolan

James W. Dolan

Judge James W. Dolan (retired) is a graduate of Boston University, Boston College and Boston College High School. He has been a member of the Massachusetts bar since 1965. A District Court Judge for over 26 years, Attorney Dolan spent 20 years at the Dorchester District Court, where he served as First Justice. He later served as Acting First Justice of Lynn, West Roxbury and New Bedford District Courts. Judge Dolan also served as Regional Administrative Judge for the Greater Boston Region during that time period. In 1999, his colleagues and the Massachusetts Judges Conference honored him with the award of District Court Judge of the Year. Judge Dolan received the Boston Bar Foundation Public Service Award in 1991 for his work in the Dorchester District Court. Judge Dolan has been a lecturer and panelist for the Judicial Institute, the Massachusetts Bar Association and Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education. He has also served on the Board of Trustees of the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and chaired the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee. Judge Dolan retired from the Massachusetts Judiciary in 2000 and joined Dolan Connly, P.C. Since 2000, he has focused his practice in the area of dispute resolution conducting mediations and arbitrations.

Barry W. McIsaac

As a Claims Examiner at Dolan Connly P.C., Barry McIsaac works on behalf of virtually every personal injury client represented by our firm. He remains involved from the initial case intake through the resolution of each claim or lawsuit. Barry joined Dolan Connly, P.C. on the date the firm was founded. For over two decades, he has worked aggressively on behalf of clients navigating all of the medical, financial, employment and personal difficulties that result when someone is injured due to a third party’s negligence. With nearly thirty combined years working on both the plaintiff and defense side of the personal injury claim business, Barry can quickly identify available insurance coverage and resolve complex coverage issues. His vast knowledge of different insurance coverages, as well as current injury values, contribute to Dolan Connly P.C.’s ability to efficiently maximize our client’s monetary recoveries. Barry McIsaac conducts investigative work on behalf of our clients including accident site reviews, witness interviews, asset investigation and the locating of defendants. Attorney David Marsocci joined Dolan Connly, P.C. in April of 2002 to manage and oversee the Real Estate Department.
