David G. Hastings

David G. Hastings is the founder and president of Hastings and Hastings, P.C., established in 1981. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Business Administration and from the University of Arizona - James E. Rogers College of Law with distinction. Admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 1979, he also practices in the U.S. Federal District Court of Arizona. He pioneered a discount fee model for accident victims and is involved in various charitable causes.

Michael Napier

Mr. Napier, the founder of the firm, was born in West Palm Beach, Florida and grew up in Grand Island, Nebraska and Riverside, California. In 1967, he graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in education. He received his Juris Doctorate from ASU in 1970. Mr. Napier is well known for his strong commitment to and relationship with the Arizona law enforcement community. Mr. Napier has made a career out of standing on the front line for law enforcement, ensuring that officers are treated fairly and with respect. This ongoing relationship began in 1975 when the fledgling Phoenix Law Enforcement Association retained his services. From that time forward, Mr. Napier has represented thousands of law enforcement officers and other public-sector employees in just about every aspect of their professional and personal lives. This representation includes wrongful death, personal injury, salary/benefits negotiations, grievance hearings, pre/post termination litigation, union operations and labor/management relations. Mr. Napier is a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers’ Association, The Top 100 Trial Lawyers, America’s Top 100 Attorneys and Arizona’s Finest Lawyers. He has served as a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Pro Tem for civil and family law. He has been a Racing Commissioner and member of the Arizona Board of Dental Examiners. Kathryn R.E. Baillie

Ms. Baillie is a native of Arizona, who grew up in the Maricopa and Navajo County areas. She graduated from the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Posse Academy in 1992 as a qualified-armed posse and volunteered numerous hours as a Search and Rescue Posse. She received her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and her Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law in Virginia. She is licensed to practice law in both Kentucky and Arizona. Upon graduating from law school, she clerked for the Third Circuit Court of Kentucky. She was then hired as a Public Advocate/Defender for the Commonwealth of Kentucky where she learned the true meaning of trial practice. Ms. Baillie prides herself on providing clients with unparalleled attention and customer service. She has effectively represented hundreds of sworn and civilian employees in disciplinary appeals, unfair labor practice, collective bargaining negotiations, peace officers’ certifications, pension benefits, investigations, Title VII claims, workers compensation claims, officer involved shootings and in custody deaths before numerous municipalities, boards, Administrative Law Judges, and courts throughout the state of Arizona. Eric R. Wilson

Eric Wilson is a labor and employment attorney with an emphasis on public sector employee representation. Eric has developed a local practice representing employees and labor associations in a variety of areas, ranging from corporate governance to individual employee due process representation. Cassidy L. Bacon

Cassidy L. Bacon’s legal practice focuses primarily on representing public sector labor organizations and their members in all aspects of their labor relations and employment. She also represents clients in personal injury claims. Cassidy’s work with public sector labor associations encompasses corporate governance issues, contract drafting and negotiations, unfair labor practice proceedings, investigations, grievances, arbitrations, and drafting legislation. She has represented clients before various administrative agencies and state courts in cases involving employment discrimination, breach of contract, disciplinary appeals, peace officer certification, pension benefits, and personal injury matters. She also has experience drafting and reviewing employment and non-competition agreements.
