Andrew L. Statmore
Andrew L. Statmore is a partner at Fredson Statmore Bitterman and currently heads the litigation department at the firm. With over two decades of experience as a trial lawyer, Andy represents those injured in various types of accidents, including automobile accidents, fall downs, product liability claims, and construction site accidents. Mr. Statmore graduated from the George Washington University in 1992 with a degree in finance. Thereafter, he attended law school at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, where he served as a senior staff member on the Law Review. He earned his juris doctorate degree in 1995. Since that time, Mr. Statmore has served as an advocate for the interests of accident victims. He has a record of obtaining favorable jury verdicts and settlements in personal injury matters on behalf of plaintiffs involving spinal injuries, orthopedic injuries, neurological injuries, traumatic brain injuries, complex regional pain syndrome/RSD, as well as psychiatric/psychological injuries. In 2009, Mr. Statmore became a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum*, and thereafter a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum*, where fewer than 1% of attorneys in the United States are members. Lance J. Bitterman
Lance J. Bitterman is a partner at Fredson Statmore Bitterman with extensive experience litigating all types of personal injury actions from inception of the case through trial. Lance joined the firm after completing a Superior Court Clerkship with the Honorable Yolanda Ciccone, Assignment Judge of Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties. He received his undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph’s University and attended law school at Nova Southeastern University. While in law school, Lance distinguished himself as a Deans Law Scholarship recipient and later graduated cum laude. After three years with the firm, Lance was promoted to partner. He advocates for those injured in all types of accidents and has litigated cases throughout the entire State of New Jersey, appearing before Judges in each and every County. He has tried numerous cases to verdict which have been featured in the New Jersey Law Journal and Top 50 Verdicts in New Jersey. In 2017, he received the 37th largest jury verdict of any lawyer in the State of New Jersey. Alexandra Loprete
Alexandra Loprete is a partner at Fredson Statmore Bitterman, LLC. She is a skilled trial attorney focused on personal injury, medical malpractice and nursing home neglect cases. Ms. Loprete joined Fredson Statmore Bitterman after gaining almost a decade of experience at another well-respected medical malpractice and personal injury firm. She is a zealous advocate for her clients and consistently obtains high-value results. She has valuable experience pursuing claims against doctors, hospitals, nurses, and nursing homes and has acted as a pivotal part of many medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases that have resulted in multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts, including a $5.1 million jury verdict in Somerset County and a $17.15 million settlement in Essex County. Ms. Loprete proudly serves in leadership positions for the New Jersey Women’s Lawyers Association (NJWLA) and New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA). Nicholas J. Waltman
Nicholas J. Waltman is a partner at Fredson Statmore Bitterman. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Nicholas worked for a full service law firm in Essex County and specialized in all areas of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. He has litigated cases throughout the entire State of New Jersey, and has vast experience with all types of personal injury claims. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the U.S. District Court District of New Jersey. He received his undergraduate degree from Monmouth University and attended law school at Seton Hall University School of Law. During his time in law school, Nicholas was a judicial intern for the Honorable Christopher Rafano and also was an intern for Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Ronald W. Solares
Ronald W. Solares is a partner at Fredson Statmore Bitterman, LLC. He graduated from Rutgers University in 2008 and subsequently attended New York Law School in Tribeca, New York, in 2009. After graduating from New York Law School, Ronald served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Joseph V. Isabella, J.S.C., at the Hudson County Superior Court of the State of New Jersey. Prior to joining Fredson Statmore Bitterman, Ronald gained several years of experience handling personal injury matters. After his clerkship, Ronald joined a small plaintiff’s personal injury firm, where he handled all facets of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall matters, workers’ compensation claims, and various other matters. After practicing construction litigation for two years, Ronald returned to a mid-sized personal injury firm prior to joining Fredson Statmore Bitterman. After joining Fredson Statmore Bitterman, Ronald continued to pursue his advocacy for personal injury clients and workers’ compensation clients. Currently, his practice focuses on motor vehicle cases, premise liability cases, and dog bite matters. Michael E. Wachtel
Michael E. Wachtel is an associate attorney who specializes in handling all types of personal injury claims at the firm. Michael graduated from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting and with the highest honors distinction. He attended the Rutgers School of Law - Newark, where he graduated Cum Laude. Arjun A. Sharma
Arjun A. Sharma is a partner at Fredson Statmore Bitterman, LLC. He graduated from Pace University with a B.B.A in Finance and received his law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. While attending law school, Arjun served as a student attorney for the Sixty Plus Elder Law Clinic and a legal investigator with the Eaton County Prosecutor’s Office (Lansing, MI) in the Economic Crimes Unit.
