Matt Hamilton

Matt Hamilton is the current Managing Partner of Hamilton & Associates, Lawyers, and the head of its Cryptocurrency/Blockchain division, Whale.Law. He is a Doctor of Law from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and holds a Bachelor of Science in Logistics and a business degree in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He has achieved multi-million dollar verdicts in personal injury and product liability cases and is an Officer of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States. Matt is also a decorated athlete, winning national championships and setting a world record in track and field.

Joseph A. Hamilton

He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1969, where he led the National Moot Court Competition Team. He has participated in hundreds of jury trials and served as a prosecutor, gaining a death sentence for some of Missouri’s criminals. He has been an injury and criminal trial lawyer since 1969.

Mark E. Klinkenberg

Mark Klinkenberg is a veteran, having served six years in the United States Navy as a nuclear-trained electronics technician and three years in the Missouri Army National Guard. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He received his law degree, a Juris Doctor with distinction, from the University of Missouri - Kansas City in 1999, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the same university in 2000. Mark's practice focuses on divorce, child custody, child support, prenuptial agreements, name changes, small business representation, and minor traffic violations.

Joe Hamilton was the founder of Hamilton law firm in 1969, initially named Joseph A. Hamilton Professional Corporation. He served two terms as the elected Prosecuting Attorney of Cass County, Missouri, in the 1970s and early 1980s. He is known for winning Missouri’s first Capital Murder criminal trial in 1979 and prosecuting the largest drug case in Missouri history in 1980. He also won a Supreme Court case in 1997 that changed insurance law.
