Joseph P. Hanyon

Michael B. Kaspszyk
Michael Kaspszyk J.D. has 25 years’ experience handling Workers’ Compensation claims. Marshall M. Hanyon
Prior to joining MHK Attorneys as an Associate Attorney in 2025 Attorney Hanyon worked as a Defense Litigator for a prominent Connecticut insurance defense firm. Marshall Hanyon is admitted to the Bars of the States of Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Marshall is native to the Pocono Mountains. He is a graduate of Moravian Academy in 2015. Marshall received his undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College (B.S., 2019), where he competed as a member of the College’s Baseball and Soccer teams while majoring in Neuroscience. Mr. Hanyon received his law degree from the Quinnipiac University School of Law (J.D., 2023 - Summa Cum Laude) where he received awards for outstanding legal scholarship and academic excellence, while interning with the United States Department of Justice. Attorney Hanyon is a member of the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas Young Lawyers Division, Bench Bar Committee and its Children’s Advocacy Committee. He currently resides in Easton.

Connie J. Merwine

Emeline L. Kitchen Diener
Attorney Emeline Kitchen Diener started her career in the legal field working for a hospital management corporation, AID Inc. in Bala Cynwyd, PA. This included contract drafting and reviewing and EEOC claims. When the corporation was sold, Attorney Diener ventured out on her own, opening a practice focusing on family law, real estate contracts disputes, civil litigation and land use. Emeline then joined forces with Herbert F. Rubinestein in Broad Axe, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. This was a general civil practice, with a preponderance of local taxation, municipal solicitorship, and several zoning hearing board solicitorships. When this office closed, Emeline began focusing her talents working with Attorney Joseph P. Hanyon in civil litigation and municipal zoning matters. In her spare time, Emeline enjoys being a legal journalist and has had many articles published to date.
