Craig Walker

Craig Walker is a Tri-City native and founding partner of Walker Heye, PLLC. Mr. Walker enjoys an AV Peer Review Rating through LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell. His law degree was awarded at the University of Washington Law School where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. His practice consists of transactional real estate, related litigation, small business operation, formation and guidance, commercial litigation, and alternative dispute resolution and mediation. Thomas Heye

Tom Heye is well known in the Tri-Cities for his work in the areas of elder law, estate planning, trusts, probate, and guardianships. He has assisted many families in applying for Medicaid and avoiding the pitfalls involved in the process. He works with clients to ensure that their estates pass to their heirs at the least expense possible and in the most expeditious manner. Mr. Heye handles probates and litigation among heirs on a regular basis, aiming to accelerate the probate process so that heirs do not have to wait years before receiving their inheritances. When family members are no longer able to care for themselves personally or manage their financial affairs, Mr. Heye has helped many families set up guardianships for loved ones in need of special assistance.
