David W. Grossman

David W. Grossman joined Falk Waas in 2025. He has tried over 175 civil jury trials to verdict in State and Federal Court and is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a Diplomate and national board representative in ABOTA, and President-elect of the Miami Chapter. He was reappointed to the Supreme Court Committee for Civil Jury Instructions. He specializes in trucking and auto liability; general and premises liability, including negligent security, slip/trip and falls; product liability, and medical malpractice.

Scott Mendlestein

Scott Mendlestein joined Falk Waas in 2001 and became Managing Shareholder in December 2021. He handles claims involving medical negligence, sexual assault, premises liability, auto negligence, and trucking liability. He advises healthcare clients on Amendment 7 issues and PSOs, and lectures nationally. He is recognized by Florida Super Lawyers and has a Martindale-Hubble® AV Peer Review Rating.
