J.J. Cline

J.J. is a partner in the firm. His current practice focuses on mediation and arbitration. He has mediated hundreds of disputes involving family and domestic relations matters, real estate disputes, personal injury and civil litigation disputes and estate matters. J.J. remains active as a practicing lawyer representing clients in family / domestic, personal injury, municipal and township and other general civil litigation matters. J.J. has practiced for over 30 years. He graduated from Hamline University in St. Paul in 1989, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. He then went to William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law) where he graduated in 1993. J.J. is a Qualified Neutral and serves as a neutral in both Minnesota and North Dakota. He is able to serve in the capacity of mediator, arbitrator, early neutral evaluator, neutral fact finder and hybrid roles of med-arb and arb-md

Crystal Lemmer

Crystal is an associate attorney at CJB Law, and is the firm’s Family Law attorney. She graduated from the Executive JD Program at Mitchell Hamline School of Law in December 2020, and has been a licensed attorney since May 2021. Crystal is licensed to practice in both Minnesota and North Dakota. In addition to handling divorce and custody cases, Crystal also handles personal injury matters and township representation.

Anthony Bussa

Attorney Anthony Bussa is a partner in CJB Law, located in Fergus Falls, MN. Mr. Bussa has focused his efforts on protecting the rights of those accused of crimes throughout Minnesota. Paul Jensen

Paul is a Partner at CJB Law and manages the firm’s transactional Practice. Paul specializes in the areas of Commercial Transactions, Real Estate Transactions, Estate Planning and Probate. A native of St. Paul and graduate of Fergus Falls High school, Paul graduated from Bemidji State University with a degree in Finance and served as a financial auditor for a national banking corporation prior to law school. Paul has over 20 years of experience representing individuals, corporations, and banks handling matters of daily routine questions to major transactions and matters including, establishing trust agreements, real estate litigation, quiet title matters, asset and Stock sales, entity formation and management, mergers, acquisitions, and complex financing arrangements.

Brady Jensen

A Fergus Falls native and graduate of Underwood High School, Brady would go on to study Economics at Concordia College before pursuing a law degree at the University of St. Thomas. Prior to entering the legal field, Brady spent time working with a large tech company where his duties included ensuring regulatory compliance, testing code, and assisting in integrating companies looking to install the product. During law school, Brady sharpened his business acumen working with a boutique business law firm out of Minneapolis and an international mergers and acquisitions law firm out of Budapest, Hungary.
