Joseph A. Moro
Joseph A. Moro, son of a Youngstown steelworker, deeply understands the challenges faced by working people, having also worked in steel mills and at the GM-Lordstown assembly plant during his college years. Since beginning his practice in Ohio in 1985, he has focused on workers' compensation and personal injury cases, securing numerous favorable jury verdicts for his clients. Troy D. Barnett
Troy D. Barnett is a life-long resident of the Mahoning Valley, born in Youngstown, Ohio. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Youngstown State University in 1993 with a degree in psychology and a minor in criminal justice. He then attended The University of Akron, School of Law, graduating in May 2000 and passing the Ohio Bar Examination. He practiced law from December 2000 to December 2010, during which he was named a 'Rising Star' by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine and awarded 'Advocate of Trial Advocacy' by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, National College of Advocacy. From December 2010 to December 2014, he served as a juvenile and probate court magistrate. In 2015, he opened his own law office.

Richard L. Magill
Richard L. Magill, also known as Pete, was inspired to become a lawyer after witnessing the lack of representation for injured workers in steel mills during his college years. He has dedicated his career to helping injured workers obtain benefits and has successfully argued four precedential cases before the Ohio Supreme Court, including Fisher v. Mayfield, which expanded workers' compensation coverage. He is actively involved in various bar associations and committees, including chairing the Ohio State Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Law Section. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his children's sports teams.

Steven D. Maas
Steven D. Maas worked in the steel mills when he was a young man, which led him to become a lawyer dedicated to helping working people. He has concentrated his practice on workers' compensation law since 1980, leveraging his practical workplace knowledge to achieve significant results for clients, including several awards topping $1 million. His efforts have also influenced Ohio law, establishing new principles in workers' compensation cases. In addition to his legal practice, he serves as an Acting Judge in the Newton Falls Municipal Court.

Robert L. Heller
Robert L. Heller has dedicated his multi-decade legal career to assisting disabled individuals in the Mahoning Valley. His experience in a legal clinic during law school, handling Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income cases, solidified his commitment to this area of law. After receiving his J.D. in 1981, he co-founded the firm, focusing on Social Security disability and workers' compensation. He is known for his compassionate approach and responsiveness to clients, and has also contributed to community organizations like Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital and Fairhaven School and Workshop.
