Justin R. Heim

Justin is the firm’s founder and namesake. He founded the firm after years of working as a trial attorney at a national litigation firm that fought for individuals who battled fatal cancers or had fallen victim to the disastrous consequences of defective pharmaceutical medications. Throughout his tenure, Justin never backed down from any adversary. He regularly took on the likes of companies such as Ford Motor Company, CBS/Westinghouse, Bristol Myers Squibb, and battled in trial against corporations like John Deere. As a result of his success, his old firm still regularly calls him to advise on cases in an of counsel role. After years of handling hundreds of client files, Justin decided it was time to start a practice where he could limit the number of clients he had. This allows him to ensure that each one of his clients receives the attention they deserve. Justin now dedicates much of his practice to assisting individuals who have suffered personal injuries including broken bones, spine injuries, and brain injuries. Justin also assist families who in the most tragic of circumstances, have lost a loved one. Due to the constant danger faced by drivers on California’s roadways, often these injuries occur in car accidents. Nonetheless, whether his clients are individuals who broke a bone in a car accident, or the family members of a lost loved one, Justin strives to make sure that each of these clients know that they matter as much to him as if they were his only client.

Sevy Fisher

Sevy Fisher is a partner and trial attorney with the Simon Law Group. Born and raised in Twin Falls, Idaho, he became a first-generation college graduate, earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah. He received his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2013, graduating Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, he was active in Moot Court and a student member of Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. He joined The Simon Law Group immediately after graduation. Sevy was awarded 2018 Trial Lawyer of the Year (“Young Gun”) in Orange County, was the youngest member admitted into ABOTA in January 2019, and received the 2019 CAOC Street Fighter award. He is a proud member of ABOTA, CAALA, OCTLA, and CAOC. In his free time, he enjoys golfing.

Dane Levy

Mr. Levy is the founder and owner of the Levy Law Firm which handles dental malpractice cases throughout the United States. He attended the USC School of Dentistry prior to obtaining his law degree from Pepperdine Law School. He also received a bachelor of science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. Over the past 25 years, he has recovered over $100 million for families and victims of dental malpractice. He serves as a consultant for other attorneys on dental malpractice matters. He is extremely knowledgeable in the sciences and dentistry, allowing him to thoroughly evaluate dental malpractice claims. He has obtained the highest lingual nerve injury verdict in the United States ($2.3 million). He is admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.

Robert T. Simon

Robert T. Simon is a co-founder of the Simon Law Group and acts as the primary trial attorney. He co-founded the firm with his twin brother Brad Simon in late 2009, growing it into a nationally recognized practice with offices in California, Arizona, and Texas. He is known for handling large death cases caused by commercial carriers and for securing massive verdicts on spine injury cases. Robert has won Trial Lawyer of the Year multiple times and educates other lawyers on best practices. He is also a co-founder of Justice HQ, hosts the Justice Team Podcast and Bourbon of Proof, and is a member of ABOTA, Justice HQ, CAOC, and CAALA, where he chairs the ethics committee. He was honored as Pepperdine School of Law’s Alumnus of the Year in 2022 and is a past president of LATLC. Robert is also involved in advocating for foster kids and adoption.

Brandon Simon

Brandon Simon is a Partner of the Simon Law Group and the managing attorney for the Los Angeles based litigation team. He is recognized for his expertise in evidentiary hurdles related to medical billing practices and medical liens. Brandon grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from George Washington University. He worked as a Project Assistant and Law Clerk at Steptoe & Johnson, LLP. He assisted in forming The Simon Law Group in late 2009 and later pursued a formal legal education at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2013. Brandon is a seasoned litigator with experience trying personal injury cases since November 2013. He is an active member of CAALA and OCTLA, serving on the Board of Directors for OCTLA in 2018 and 2019. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and is a Pittsburgh sports fan.

Brad Simon

Brad M. Simon is the co-founder of The Simon Law Group and Justice HQ, and a regular host on the Justice Team Podcast. He grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and attended George Washington University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. He later received his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 2006. Brad started his career in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and real estate law, gaining a reputation as a top-notch real estate litigator. He co-founded The Simon Law Group with his brothers Robert and Brandon to represent injured individuals. He is an active member of AAJ, OCTLA, CAALA, and CAOC, and is admitted to practice law in all California State and District Courts. In 2016, he was sworn into the United States Supreme Court. Brad enjoys spending time with his wife, Jenny Anglin Simon, and their children, and is involved in the development of a new virtual table-top roleplaying game, Ravel.

Eric Bell

Eric Bell is Of Counsel with the Simon Law Group and the principal attorney at the Bell Firm, PC. His practice focuses on catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, premises liability, and employment litigation. He previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Manuel L. Real. Eric was a trial lawyer at a prominent plaintiff firm, recovering millions for victims of California wildfires and obtaining several seven-figure verdicts for traumatic brain injury cases. He earned his law degree from Loyola Law School, where he was a member of the nationally ranked Byrne Trial Advocacy Team, winning two regional competitions and the Best Overall Advocate Award at the Tournament of Champions. He holds a BA from Brigham Young University. Eric is an active member of CAALA and Consumer Attorneys of California. He is admitted to the California State Bar, United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. He has published works in CAALA Advocate.
