Mr. Campbell has practiced throughout the state of Pennsylvania and has represented clients in over 30 different counties. He has extensive experience in Federal Court, particularly in the Middle District of Pennsylvania’s Bankruptcy Court, where he has vigorously fought for his clients against Defendants seeking to evade responsibility for the injuries they have caused. Early in his career, Mr. Campbell represented the family of an elderly woman with dementia who was left unattended at a skilled nursing facility. Shortly after pursuing the claim, the nursing facility was permanently closed, ensuring that this would not happen to anyone else. Mr. Campbell has a track record of proven results, as displayed by his membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum®, an organization in which membership is “limited to trial lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional skill, experience, and excellence in advocacy by achieving a trial verdict, award, or settlement in the amount of one million dollars or more.” Less than 1% of all U.S. attorneys are members. A native of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Mr. Campbell resides with his wife, Cara, and two sons. He is an avid reader, which he believes keeps him balanced and inspired.
