Bill H. Broughton
Bill Broughton is recognized as a highly skilled trial attorney in the West Sound for over 35 years. Bill spent his early years in public service as City Attorney for Bremerton. After entering private practice, Bill continued his active civil litigation practice, trying bench and jury trials involving catastrophic injury, construction disputes, partnership litigation, will contests and business disputes. He has also been the lead attorney on a number of appellate cases, with examples found in published opinions like Bremerton v. Corbett, Schmitt v. Cape George Sewer Dist., and Estate of Haselwood v. Bremerton Ice Arena, Inc. Bill is committed to our community, having handled pro-bono cases and served on various boards and committees, including as the current President of the Kitsap Building Association.

John Brennan
John Brennan has been a trial attorney in Kitsap and surrounding areas since 2013. He attended The George Washington University before graduating from the University of Oregon School of Law. While in law school, he worked as a Senior-Certified Law Clerk for the Douglas County Attorney’s Office in Omaha, Nebraska. After becoming licensed in Nebraska, he applied to the Washington State Bar. He worked as a criminal defense attorney, gaining experience trying and winning jury verdicts. Paul W. Bryan
Paul W. Bryan was born and raised in Seattle, graduated from Roosevelt High School and the University of Washington. He served in the Navy as an electrician and salvage diver. He attended Northwestern School of Law, graduating in 1983. He began practicing law in 1991, focusing on representing injured workers.

Ronald C. Templeton
Ron Templeton was a founding member of Kitsap Law Group and a leading practitioner in the West Sound for over 35 years before retiring in 2021. He represented governmental, non-profit, and private sector clients, including Kitsap Transit, Housing Kitsap, and Kitsap Bank. His work involved negotiating, drafting, and litigating contracts for major developments, intergovernmental agreements, and transactions. Notably, he was involved in the Bremerton Harborside Development project, assisted Kitsap County and Housing Kitsap with loan agreements, and helped Kitsap Transit craft legislation for cross-sound passenger-only ferry service. Ron was also known for his commitment to community, handling pro-bono cases, and serving on various boards and committees, including the CK Presbyterian Church and Silverdale Rotary Club.

David A. Weibel
In his 20 year career, David Weibel has represented and advised municipal, corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of real estate, land use, construction, commercial and consumer lending matters. He has argued and tried cases at all state, federal trial court and appellate court levels, as well as under Washington’s Administrative Procedures Act, and argued cases before the Growth Management Hearings Board. Prior to law school, Dave worked for the King County Department of Public Works and its Solid Waste Division, Transportation Planning Division, Surface Water Management Division and for the King County International Airport. After law school, Dave joined the Kitsap County firm of McCluskey, Sells, Ryan, Uptegraft & Decker, P.S. As an attorney and partner with that firm, he handled matters on behalf of the City of Port Orchard, the Port of Bremerton, Washington Refuse and Recycling Association, and the Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority. In addition to litigated matters, Dave has represented his clients in numerous public hearings, City Council and Port Commissioner meetings and assisted with the drafting and revision of local ordinances. More recently, Dave was a partner in the Seattle law firm of Bishop, Marshall & Weibel, P.S. representing national and state lenders and servicers in commercial and consumer lending matters and related real property litigation.
