Adam C. Herman
Adam concentrates his practice in the areas of construction defect litigation, professional liability and property and casualty claims. Jennifer L. Peattie

Jaya Balani
Jaya Balani was the very first and only female criminal defense partner with NeJame Law. Born and raised in Orlando, she went to Bishop Moore, UCF and graduated with her law degree from Florida A & M University right here in Orlando. During her last two years in law school she interned under the NeJame Law criminal defense team and their assistants. Jaya learned what happens inside the law firm for clients, as well as, in the courtroom. After graduating law school in 2008, Jaya hit the ground running by working on several, very high profile cases with her Senior Partner, Mark NeJame, such as the Casey Anthony case. Krista Garcia
Krista Garcia, born and raised in South Florida, discovered her passion for law during her time at the University of Central Florida, where she earned dual B.A. degrees in Political Science and Sociology. A Constitutional Law course sparked her interest in legal argumentation, leading her to pursue a career in law. Krista went on to graduate cum laude with her J.D. from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law in May 2024 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2024. While in law school, she was actively involved in leadership roles, serving on the executive boards of the Hispanic American Law Student Association and the FAMU chapter of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Before attending law school, Krista gained valuable experience in the real estate industry, working as a leasing consultant and transitioning into property management.
