Mr. Shure has been an attorney licensed in Maryland since 1991 and Virginia since 1995. Valerie F. Portner

Valerie Portner has been an attorney licensed in Maryland and Washington DC since 1989. Paige Neville

He also worked at one of the top 250 largest law firms in the U.S. Mr. Rahi uses his insurance and defense insight to benefit injured clients. He is a D.C. metropolitan native, received his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from George Mason University, and his law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law where he was Legislative Editor on the Journal of Energy, Climate and the Environment.
