While in law school, Mr. LoTempio clerked for the United Steelworkers of America Office of General Counsel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Frank E. 'Dirk' Murchison III is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is licensed in New Mexico and Texas. He earned his BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University in 1971 and his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1974. He has tried over 125 cases to jury verdict as lead counsel and has mediated or arbitrated over 1300 cases, including over 300 clergy sexual abuse claims.

Jack Sanchez

Sanchez focuses his practice on criminal matters, commercial litigation, family law and estate administration. His strengths include a unique ability to process every level of detail in each case. He is a zealous advocate for his clients, guiding them through the court process while maintaining a close relationship. Mr. Sanchez graduated from the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies. He continued his education at Oklahoma City University where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, Mr. Sanchez clerked in the criminal division of the United States Attorney’s office in Tampa, Florida. His attention to detail has earned his clients’ impressive results, including: Obtained an acquittal after trial for an individual charged with Driving While Intoxicated in a local Town Court. Successfully defended at trial a contractor alleged to have spread asbestos throughout a building which resulted in a total loss of the building. Had a mechanic’s lien removed against a client’s home and successfully defended the breach of contract claim at trial.

James Cassar

James obtained a joint degree J.D. / M.B.A. from SUNY Buffalo. Prior to law school, he attended New York University, majoring in philosophy. While in law school, James was a Publications Editor for the Buffalo Law Review, and the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Human Rights Law Review. He was admitted to the bar in 2012. He has extensive experience practicing in the Western New York area. He has drafted motions and appeared and argued in countless cases at all levels in New York State, from local town courts, County Courts, Supreme Court and including Bankruptcy Court. While the focus of James’ career has been in civil litigation, he also has significant experience in criminal court. He comes to the LoTempio Law Group from Livingston County where he represented individuals facing felony charges as a Public Defender. In private practice, James was known for his successful defense of homeowners facing foreclosure throughout the Buffalo and Rochester areas. James has participated in complex civil litigation matters and is highly knowledgeable in discovery and motion practice.
