Jenni Smith is a proud native Texan hailing from Plano. As a dedicated wife and mother, Jenni cherishes family time with her husband, their son, and their spirited Siberian Husky. Outside the courtroom, she brings vibrancy and rhythm to her life through salsa dancing, culinary adventures, and fishing trips with her loved ones. An avid supporter of her husband’s and son’s sporting events, Jenni's weekends are often spent cheering from the sidelines. Jenni’s academic journey is marked by excellence and dedication. She holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Baylor University. Her legal prowess was further honed at the University of Houston Law Center, where she was a standout member of the Moot Court Negotiation Team, achieving the title of Texas state champion and national runner-up. With a diverse and extensive legal background, Jenni brings a wealth of experience to Ashmore & Ashmore Law Firm. Jerry Ware

Jerry Ware, born in Pensacola, Florida, graduated from Ball High School, earned a BBA in Finance from North Texas State University, and served as an officer in the Marine Corps. After military service and working as a financial auditor, he earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School in 1974. He began his legal career representing individuals with personal injuries, served as Assistant City Attorney of Denton, and headed the negligence section of Windle Turley, P.C. He has practiced as a sole principal and is now Of Counsel to Lovins Law, specializing in probate, estate planning, real estate, insurance, business transactions, personal injury, wrongful death, and litigation. He was Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization from 1982-1997 and is a licensed Customs Broker since 1997.

Pat Rogers

Patrick P. Rogers is a Texas native who has practiced law in Austin since 1995. He previously practiced in Corpus Christi at Porter Rogers Dahlman & Gordon. He started his own mediation and law practice and joined Lovins Law as Of Counsel in January 2020. James Shoecraft

Kenneth Parks Gober, III
