Brad Hendricks
Brad Lowber Hendricks practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, and management of litigation & claims. Brad is licensed to practice in Texas and Missouri. Brian W. Ray
A long-time Arkansan, Mr. Ray graduated summa cum laude from Henderson State University before earning his Juris Doctor from the William H. Bowen School of Law, where he is qualified for membership to the Who’s Who Among American Law students. He is a regularly sought-out speaker for legal education seminars for attorneys in Arkansas. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Ray served in the United States Marine Corps, and later as a police detective. Additionally, Mr. Ray has worked as a special deputy prosecuting attorney and applies his significant law enforcement experience and deep knowledge of the criminal justice system to those accused of crimes. Mr. Ray is a member of the Masonic Lodge, Veterans of Foreign Wars, The Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and Arkansas Bar Association. George R. Wise
George R. Wise Jr. practices in the areas of medical negligence, medical products and products liability litigation. George Wise is a native Arkansan, born in Batesville, Arkansas. He is married to Barbara Gilbert-Wise and has two sons, Charles and Dalton. He received a B.A. from the University of Arkansas in 1975 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas in 1978. In 2016, George was awarded the Roxanne Wilson Advocacy Award. George was selected as the 2005 Outstanding Trial Lawyer by the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. George was President of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association in 2014 to 2015. He is currently the Chair of Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association’s Publications Committee. Mr. Wise has been selected as a Mid-South Super Lawyer in Medical Malpractice from 2012 to 2018. Joshua L. Potter
Joshua L. Potter returned to Texarkana after living in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Brandi Collins
Partner Brandi Collins graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, AR. where she was on the law journal. Ms. Collins was previously counsel for a group of trucking and trucking brokerage companies. In that capacity, she reviewed or litigated regulatory issues involving the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, contract formation, business start-up, corporate formation and business litigation. Her experience relates to the heavily regulated areas of law such as DWI Drug and Alcohol, business start-ups, big truck accidents, and regulatory compliance issues. Ms. Collins’ areas of practice include various aspects of criminal law, with a concentration in DWI, DUI, drug cases, commercial litigation, and personal injury. She has attended the Mastering Scientific Evidence course in New Orleans on several occasions. This course was designed to teach attorneys the science behind alcohol-related issues. She has also attended the Intensive DWI workshop taught at Harvard Law School and the Drugs that Impair Driving course taught by a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration-certified instructor. Brandi is also a member of the National College for DUI Defense and is a founding member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association.

Lloyd 'Tre' Kitchens
Lloyd W. “Tré” Kitchens, III was born in Dallas Texas, but attended high school at Little Rock Central High. He is a graduate of Texas Christian University and University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law (1999). He resides in Little Rock with his wife, Alicia, and his three daughters. Tré’s practice as a trial attorney has an emphasis in the areas of commercial litigation, medical malpractice, wrongful death and personal injury. He is in trial several times a year, and is most at home in a courtroom in front of a jury. In 2017, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association recognized him as the Outstanding Trial Lawyer for that year. He is a Past President of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association for 2010 and was voted Young Lawyer of the Year in 2002. From 2011-2017, he has been named by Soirée Magazine as the Best Business Litigation Lawyer. Also, in 2012, the Mid-South Super Lawyers added his name to their list of Rising Stars. He has taught continuing legal education classes on trial work and trial preparation, and has tried over 150 jury trials and appeals. Working with The Brad Hendricks Law Firm since January of 2010, he is licensed to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Arkansas, as well as the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. Tré heads the commercial litigation section of the law firm.
Jacob S. Potter
Jacob S. Potter lived in Fayetteville, Arkansas for the past seven years, before moving back to Texarkana. After graduating the University of Arkansas with his B.S.B.A., he pursued his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law. He worked for firms specializing in criminal defense, personal injury, and bankruptcy. Jacob also has thorough experience in general civil litigation, wills and trusts, and private club licensing. When Jacob is not representing clients of the family firm, he is working as a city attorney for Bradley, Stamps, and Lewisville, Arkansas.
