Nicholas I. Andersen

Nick founded Arenstein & Andersen Co., LPA with G. Gregory Arenstein in March of 2010. After over a decade and a half as a litigator, where he handled and tried civil and criminal cases on myriad issues, Nick’s practice is now focused primarily on healthcare, business, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions. In his healthcare practice, Nick provides contract drafting and review as well as practice support to all manner of healthcare professionals including physicians, dentists, veterinarians, podiatrists, optometrists, and chiropractors. Notably, Nick does not represent systems so that he can represent most healthcare professionals and their practices without the risk of conflicts. In his business, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions practice, Nick assists businesses in asset and equity purchases, sales, and mergers, including real property transactions as part of the same. Not one to quit anything completely, Nick does still engage in litigation for longtime clients and in two niche areas: complex probate and oil & gas lease and pipeline disputes. Greg started Arenstein & Andersen Co., LPA with Nicholas I. Andersen in 2010 after working together for a few years and becoming good friends. Greg has many years of legal experience with a strong background in business, taxation, and planning. He is an experienced problem solver who is comfortable working with clients on any legal matter from the very basic to the extremely complex. Greg helps his clients better understand their legal issues and decisions with his ability to translate legalese and tax jargon into plain English. Mark Bamberger

Mark Bamberger is an attorney and founder of The Mark Bamberger Co., LLC, with offices in Greater Dayton and Cincinnati. He holds a PhD in environmental geology and political history and a JD from Capital University Law School. His practice focuses on divorce and custody, criminal defense, employment law, civil litigation, and animal law. He is actively involved with the Ohio State Bar Association and Dayton Bar Association, and serves as general counsel for several animal rescue organizations.

Thomas E. Dysinger

Born in Tipp City, Ohio, January 11, 1953; admitted to bar, 1977, Ohio and U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio; 1979, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio. Education: The Ohio State University (B.S., with honors, 1974; J.D., 1977). Thomas E. Dysinger started his own practice in Tipp City in 1981. Arenstein & Andersen Co., LPA and Joseph A. Downing Co., L.P.A. formed an “of counsel” relationship in May of 2014 to better serve clients of both firms. The relationship also reconnects Greg and Nick to Tipp City, Ohio, where they both practiced at the beginning of their careers. Joe started Joseph A. Downing Co., L.P.A. in December 2007. Joe has extensive experience representing clients in estate planning, probate, business, real estate, elder law, and Medicaid planning. He prides himself on his ability to build long-term, trusting relationships with clients. He also enjoys assisting them with their short and long-term legal needs.
