Scott A. Fulford
Scott A. Fulford has been practicing law in Missouri since 1991. He moved to Washington, Missouri in 2000 and became an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Franklin County. In 2004, he started his own law firm. In 2017, Scott joined Robinson Brinkmann & Fulford as a partner. His practice focuses on criminal defense (felony trial work to traffic tickets), domestic relations, dissolution, modification, paternity, guardianship, adoption, personal injury, and juvenile court cases. He has successfully litigated at the Missouri Court of Appeals for the Eastern District, is a former President and Vice President of the Franklin County Bar Association, and is the Municipal Judge for New Haven, Missouri, and the Municipal Prosecuting Attorney for Owensville, Missouri. He is also a member of the Franklin County Court Alternative Teams.

William C. Robinson
William C. Robinson practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful deaths, civil litigation, domestic litigation (including paternity, divorce, modifications and custody issues), and traffic/license issues. Paul Schmanke provides sound and timely legal advice to clients in East-Central Missouri. He graduated from Owensville High School in 1995, earned a Bachelors degree in education from the University of Missouri in 1999, and a Masters degree in school administration from Missouri Baptist University. He also obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2016. Paul has extensive criminal jury trial and civil litigation experience since opening Schmanke Law Office in 2016.

Erica Shocklee graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law, earning her Juris Doctor. She was inducted into the Order of the Coif and the Justinian Honor Society. In her final year of law school, she received the Student of the Year award and the Paul Shipman Andrews award. Erica joined Robinson, Fulford & Reed in July 2023. Her practice focuses on criminal law (felony, misdemeanor, and traffic matters) and family law. Before joining the firm, she interned with the Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and clerked at a local law firm.
