Victor P. Kademenos
For nearly 60 years, Victor’s father’s advice has stuck with him. It’s guided him as he has fought for appeals, as he has stood up against the unending resources of major corporations, and as he has relentlessly pursued the results his clients hope for and deserve. And it’s why when other attorneys tell you there’s nothing they can do, Victor pushes harder. When others see barriers they can’t surmount, he sees opportunities to get creative. No matter how steep the odds, nor how long the journey, Victor doesn’t give up. His reason is simple: It’s the right thing to do. Victor has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. From occupational diseases and work-related PTSD to wrongful death cases and amputations due to work-related injuries, Victor has seen - and settled - it all. He’s fought appeals up through the courts, won in landmark Supreme Court cases, and negotiated life-changing outcomes for his clients. But while his opponents will comment on his relentlessness, his clients notice first his ability to put them completely at ease. Victor isn’t the kind of lawyer who jots down the facts and disappears for weeks on end, only returning to get a signature on a settlement. He involves his clients in every step of the process, listening to their concerns, coaching them on the best course of action, and making them feel comfortable despite the complexity as they navigate one of the most difficult times of their lives. As the workers’ compensation system has grown more complicated, Victor has grown more determined. He knows the system is stacked against his clients, that the big corporations will do whatever they can to avoid offering rightful compensation. He knows his clients are struggling physically, emotionally, and financially. And he knows his work can help injured people put their lives back together. Even after decades in the field, Victor feels the same rush every time his clients get the results they deserve. Your case is his case. Your win is his win. Because just as his father instructed from the start, every client is family.

Troy D. Wisehart
When Troy’s clients come to him at their most vulnerable, he brings compassion. When they fear the stigma of criminal history, he treats them with respect. And when they put their future in his hands, he brings the good judgment, extensive knowledge of the law, and deep understanding of the court systems that comes with practicing criminal defense for over 30 years. The criminal justice system is complex. Every court is different; every judge is unique. How they look at procedures, their procedural preferences, the way they handle dockets - to be effective in the courtroom, you must study it all. Troy has spent decades doing exactly that. He’s represented more than 1,000 people accused of crimes in state and federal courts and knows how to successfully lead his clients through the system and out the other side. He’s navigated a broad range of criminal charges and high-level felony cases for his clients, including defense of DUI, assault, domestic violence, theft, sex offenses, and drug charges. Whether it’s having unlawfully obtained evidence dismissed or challenging DUI test results, Troy provides unmatched representation. No case is too far gone, and Troy can help you understand your defense options and find ways to provide reasonable doubt in your case. With a thorough understanding of Ohio law, Troy is comfortable taking your case to trial when you are facing charges for a DUI or other criminal offense. He knows your rights and could inform you on ways to reduce or dismiss your charges, such as pretrial diversion programs. When you opt out of legal help, you may not receive the most desired outcome. Although no outcome is guaranteed, past clients have reaped the benefits of hiring criminal defense attorney Troy D. Wisehart. With insights honed over decades of practice, Troy maps out the likely scenarios, predicts how certain judges will rule on particular legal issues, and brings clarity to the murky gray areas of the law. And he does it all with the compassion of someone who’s experienced the criminal justice system firsthand. As a college student, Troy made a mistake - like many of his clients - that did not define his character yet resulted in a criminal charge. The charges were dropped, but the memory of his experience and the way his attorney treated him with respect and dignity continue to guide his own practice as an attorney. He gets to know his clients as people, not case numbers, and fights to shed light on their true character in the courtroom. No matter the charge, Troy acts as a committed advocate and guide, giving his clients no doubt that they’ll get through it - together.

Adrienne M. Hines
Adrienne, with nearly 30 years of experience fighting for the rights of injured workers and those faced with bankruptcy, is a voracious problem solver who knows exactly how to get the best possible outcome for each person she represents. Workers’ compensation and bankruptcy law aren’t flashy. They’re not table-pounding, courtroom shouting, TV-worthy cases. But they are some of the most necessary areas of law with the potential to change lives. And that’s exactly what draws Adrienne to the field. She knows that when clients are navigating the most difficult times in their lives, they need more than a lawyer. They need compassion and decisiveness. Empathy and experience. Space for vulnerability and clear legal direction that will help them focus on the task at hand. Adrienne is able to merge it all. But while it’s her empathetic nature that puts clients at ease, it’s her decades of experience and track record of success that win their trust. When obstacles arise, Adrienne never falters. While others dwell over disrupted plans, she’s already found a new solution. And it’s not just her clients that take note. Her commitment to the people she serves and her growth in the field is recognized across the country. In 2019, Adrienne was one of only two attorneys in the state admitted into The College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers, and for the last decade, she has maintained a Specialist Certification in Workers’ Compensation through the Ohio State Bar Association. But for Adrienne, there’s one more important measure of success: When her clients walk away at the end of a case relieved, grateful, and in a better place than when they arrived, she knows she’s accomplished something wonderful. As an attorney, the characteristics she most values and works to embody are those of compassion and communication. Hines provides a listening ear to each client who comes to her for help so that she understands what the client wants from the process and can work to help the client meet his or her goals. Outside of work, Hines is a wife and the mother of teenage twins. She constantly strives to make family life a priority. She is also an amateur photographer, avid boater, and animal lover. She often can be seen in her office accompanied by one of her dogs. Hines also values public service and is a leader in her community. She serves as a board member for the Ottawa County Board of Elections. In that role, she helps ensure that local elections are conducted fairly and accurately, and that voters’ rights are protected.
