Jason M. Schiffman

Jason M. Schiffman, Esq. is an experienced litigator practicing primarily in the fields of personal injury, products liability, estate litigation, and corporate litigation. Attorney Jason Schiffman has personally served as lead counsel in the litigation of over four hundred cases or claims. Jason Schiffman has extensive trial and litigation experience in both state and federal courts. Mr. Schiffman has won multiple jury and non-jury verdicts. Attorney Schiffman has successfully argued in federal court and has successfully defended Schiffman Firm’s results at the appellate court level before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Attorney Jason M. Schiffman has served as an adjunct professor in college courses focusing on negotiation and as a judge in multiple mock trials for a national trial advocacy competition. Jason Schiffman enjoys the technical aspects of litigating products liability claims including extensive product research, patent and intellectual property research and working with nationally recognized experts. Carl Richard Schiffman, Esq. received his Juris Doctorate degree from the The Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Duquesne University in 1976 and is the senior partner in the law firm of Schiffman Firm, LLC. His practice focuses on civil litigation, including product liability and personal injury cases. Mr. Schiffman is a Fellow of the Academy of Trial Lawyer of Allegheny County and is a member and past Board of Governors appointee of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He has served as President of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers and as President of the Duquesne Law Alumni Association. Carl R. Schiffman has been selected yearly as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer by his peers since 2005. Since 2007, Attorney Schiffman has continually been named as one of Pittsburgh’s top Fifty Super Lawyers. Daniel S. Schiffman

Daniel S. Schiffman, a partner at Schiffman Firm, is a litigator who practices primarily in the fields of personal injury, products liability, and business litigation. Attorney Daniel Schiffman is licensed to practice law in all Pennsylvania state courts (60 judicial districts) and all three of Pennsylvania’s federal district courts. Roni S. Schiffman

Roni Schiffman, Esq. is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Since graduating in 1977, she has been accepted to practice in front of all Pennsylvania state trial and appellate courts and federal courts in the Western District of Pennsylvania. Her practice includes protecting the rights of those injured by faulty products, improper maintenance and care of property, motor vehicle negligence, other personal injury cases, and matters involving improper business actions. She also practices in front of the Pennsylvania and Federal employment commissions. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers, and Pennsylvania Association for Justice.

Benjamin Wilt

Benjamin joined the Schiffman Firm in 2019 and concentrates his practice in the areas of products liability, motor vehicle accidents, ATV accidents, boating accidents, snowmobile accidents and premises liability. Before joining Schiffman Firm, LLC, Benjamin was the head law clerk at a well-known personal injury firm in Pittsburgh. Benjamin also clerked and defended tort claims for the City of Pittsburgh Solicitor in the city’s legal department. He has composed legal pleadings and motions for cases that have settled for seven-figure and eight-figure settlements. Benjamin routinely conducts depositions, argues motions and briefs before Pennsylvania’s Courts of Common Pleas and Pennsylvania’s Federal Courts, and has tried multiple cases to verdicts. Benjamin graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, receiving accolades in Trial Advocacy and being selected as the top arguer for oral argument. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Washington & Jefferson College with a secondary education certification. Benjamin was captain of the men’s soccer team at W&J and plays soccer in the Allegheny County Bar Association league. He is admitted to practice in all Courts of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania, and before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and Middle District of Pennsylvania.
