Paul d’Oliveira

Founding Attorney Paul d’Oliveira has over 30 years of experience in personal injury law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He founded the firm, expanding it to 19 offices. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Creighton University and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University. His pre-med and psychology backgrounds provide a strong foundation for understanding injuries and counseling clients. Mentored by Robert T. Karns, he focuses on marketing and website development to ensure clients can easily find answers and receive top-notch service and settlements. Donna M. Nesselbush

Attorney Donna M. Nesselbush is a founding partner of Marasco & Nesselbush, dedicated to helping people with personal injury, medical malpractice, Social Security disability, and workers’ compensation claims. She graduated from Brown University in 1984 and Suffolk University School of Law cum laude. She also graduated from Harvard Kennedy School of Government. She is the founder and Chair of the Rhode Island Bar Association’s Social Security Disability Committee, a 'Sustaining Member' of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, and a member of the American and Rhode Island Associations for Justice. She is admitted to practice in all Rhode Island courts, the Federal District Court of Rhode Island, and the U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a State Senator of Rhode Island and Chief Judge of the Pawtucket Municipal Court. She speaks English, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese. She was awarded the Ada Sawyer Award in 2014, named 'Person of the Year' for the Pawtucket Hall of Fame, and received the Eleanor Slater Award in 2016. She has also been named to the Super Lawyers list.

Richard A. Sinapi

RICHARD A. SINAPI is the principal and managing attorney of Sinapi Law Associates, Ltd. in Warwick, Rhode Island. He has nearly forty (40) years of experience in the general practice of law. His primary areas of practice are employment law and governmental affairs, including discrimination and harassment claims, leave act claims, unemployment benefits claims, collective action minimum wage and overtime claims, and workers’ compensation, as well as civil rights, municipal law, real estate, and personal injury. His practice also includes general civil litigation and real estate law, including both trial and appellate work as well as corporate and commercial law advice, representation, document preparation, and transaction closings. He has co-drafted and successfully lobbied for the passage of numerous pieces of legislation as well as revised agency regulations on behalf of Governmental Affairs clients, such as the local chapter of the ACLU, a home inspector’s association, and various construction industry contractors, trades, and associations, including the New England Mechanical Contractors Association and the Rhode Island Chapter of the Associated General Contractors. Previously, he taught as an adjunct professor at Bryant University and Salve Regina University. He is a member of the Rhode Island Superior Court Bench/Bar Committee; Workers’ Compensation Bench/Bar Committee, American Bar Association, Rhode Island Bar Association, American Association of Justice, and the Rhode Island Association of Justice (RIAJ). He is also a cooperating attorney with the Rhode Island Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union (RIACLU) and serves as a member of the RIAJ Board of Governors and served as its President (2019-2020) and previously served as a member and Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Rhode Island Health and Educational Building Corporation. In 2010, he was awarded the William G. McLoughlin First Amendment Award in 2010 by the RIACLU. Mr. Sinapi is a graduate of Colby College and Harvard Law School.

R. Jason Resmini is a Partner concentrating in Civil Litigation and Entertainment Law. He holds a J.D. from Roger Williams School of Law and an MBA with a concentration in Finance. He has worked in legal affairs and motion picture literary divisions at MGM Studios and International Creative Management (ICM), successfully negotiating multi-million dollar film deals. He has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star multiple times (2013-2020) and awarded 'National Trial Lawyers TOP 100 LAWYERS' (2014) and 'American Academy of Trial Attorneys TOP 100' (2015). He is also a board member of RISE and involved in pro bono activities.

Joseph P. Marasco

He co-founded the Social Security Committee of the Rhode Island Bar Association. He is a former President of the Rhode Island Association for Justice and serves on its board of directors. Adam J. Resmini is an attorney in the Civil Litigation Division, licensed in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, The District of Columbia, and Florida. He graduated with honors from Roger Williams School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Furman University, where he was a member of the Men’s Division I Golf Team. He has clerked for Judge Daniel Procaccini and interned with the Rhode Island and District of Columbia Attorney General’s Offices.
