Charles J. Uliano

Charles J. Uliano is a senior partner at Chamlin Uliano & Walsh, focusing on civil and criminal litigation. James J. Uliano

James J. “J.J.” Uliano joined Chamlin Uliano & Walsh in 2008 as a Partner. He practices in the Litigation Department, handling Plaintiff’s Personal Injury matters, Estate Litigation, Labor Law, and Criminal Matters in both Municipal and Superior Court. He graduated from Fairfield University in 2004 and Seton Hall University School of Law in 2007. He is very active in State and local Bar Associations, set to become President of the Monmouth County Bar Association in May 2025. He is the former co-chair of the Monmouth Bar Association Young Lawyers Committee and commenced his term as Chair of the New Jersey Commission on Professionalism in the Law in 2024. He previously chaired the Young Lawyers Division of the New Jersey State Bar Association and served on its Board of Trustees. He is also a member of NJAJ. He was honored with the 2017 Young Lawyer of the Year Award from the New Jersey State Bar Association and has been included in the SuperLawyers list (Rising Star 2012, 2015-2018; SuperLawyers 2019-present). Prior to joining the firm, he served a judicial clerkship with Hon. Lawrence M. Lawson. Joseph G. Perone

He is designated by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney and a Matrimonial Specialist, and certified by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers as a Mediator and Arbitrator. He served two terms as President of the New Jersey Chapter of the AAML, was an Executive Board Member, and former Chairman of the Monmouth Bar Family Law Committee. He also served on the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Family Law Section. Mr. Rosen was selected to New Jersey Super Lawyers from 2006 through 2010 and named one of the “Top Attorneys” in New Jersey for 2007 and 2008. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers School of Law in 1967 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in 1964. He lectures on divorce-related matters for Continuing Legal Education, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and for the Monmouth County Adult Education Program.

Andrew T. Walsh

Andrew T. Walsh joined Chamlin Uliano & Walsh in 2002 as a Partner. He has extensive experience in Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Workers’ Compensation, Real Estate, and Municipal Court. He is known for his legal writing, dedication to clients, and attention to detail. He graduated from Dickinson College in 1992 and Seton Hall University School of Law in 1996. He served a Judicial Clerkship with Hon. Eugene A. Iadanza and an internship for Hon. Thomas F. Shebell, Jr. He is a lifelong resident of Monmouth County and serves on his local Board of Education.
