He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Lancaster County Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, and Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. Sandra Edwards Gray

Sandra Edwards Gray is a Partner and Secretary at Pyfer Reese Straub Gray & Farhat, P.C., specializing in family law, estate planning, and matrimonial law. A Texan native, she graduated from Houston Baptist University, earned a Master's Degree in Education from Temple University (with honors), and graduated from Villanova Law School. She served as a Law Clerk for Judge Wayne G. Hummer, Jr. and as a Custody Conference Officer for Lancaster County for ten years. She is a lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and an active member of various community boards, including the YWCA, League of Women Voters, Project Runway, Lancaster Guidance Center, Lancaster Symphony Orchestra, The Janus School, and Dollars for Scholars of Lancaster County. In 2012, she became the first and only person in Lancaster County to be accepted as a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.

John F. Pyfer, Jr.

John F. Pyfer, Jr. is the founder of Pyfer, Straub, Gray & Farhat, P.C., and serves as Of Counsel. A Lancaster County native, he specializes in family law, general practice, and civil litigation. He graduated cum laude from Peddie School, received his undergraduate degree from Haverford College, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Vanderbilt School of Law, where he received the Dean’s Award. He also received the Howard C. Schwab Award from the American Bar Association in 1972. He served as Law Clerk for Judge W. Hensel Brown and is admitted to practice before all courts of the Commonwealth, U.S. Federal District Courts for Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is listed in Who’s Who in American Law, Who’s Who in America, and Who’s Who in the World, and recognized as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" and "Best Attorney" by Lancaster County Magazine readers. He is active in civic matters and Boy Scout affairs, holding the Distinguished Eagle Scout award.

Daniel C. Bardo

Daniel C. Bardo is a skilled litigator specializing in criminal, personal injury, family, and appellate law. He has handled over 180 cases before appellate courts, including the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Courts, and his case Commonwealth v. Rosser helped shape constitutional law in Pennsylvania. A graduate of Gannon University (cum laude) and Widener University School of Law, he previously served as an assistant district attorney for Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, working on high-profile cases like Bill Cosby and Kathleen Kane. He is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania courts, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of PA, and the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.

Christopher C. Straub

Christopher C. Straub is a Partner, Vice President, and chairs the Estate Administration and Family Law Sections at Pyfer Reese Straub Gray & Farhat PC. A native of Lancaster, he graduated with honors from Catawba College and attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He served for two years as a Law Clerk to Judge Wayne G. Hummer, Jr. and was appointed as a Special Divorce Master for Lancaster County in 1989. He became associated with the firm in 1982. He is a member of the Family Law Section of the Lancaster County and American Bar Associations. He is active in community service, including the Penn Manor School Board (since 2009) and the Lancaster County CTC Joint Operating Committee.

Jeffrey C. Murse

Jeffrey C. Murse is a Partner at Pyfer Reese Straub Gray & Farhat PC and an Accredited Attorney by the Department of Veteran Affairs. A Lancaster County native, he specializes in family law, custody, divorce, child support, and civil and criminal litigation. He graduated from DeSales University with a degree in Criminal Justice and from Widener University School of Law. He served as a Conference Officer and Supervisor with the Domestic Relations Section of Lancaster County, a judicial law clerk, and an officer in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps, where he provided legal counsel globally and was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal and Navy Commendation Medal. He was assigned as Assistant Professor of Law at the U.S. Naval Academy and deployed as a legal advisor for a counter-piracy task force. He continues to provide legal counsel as a Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve JAG Corps and completed a 9-month deployment to Guantanamo Bay as Deputy Counsel in 2019.
