Tucker Richardson

Randolph Tucker Richardson, III is a founding member and managing partner of Baldani Law Group, specializing in state and federal criminal defense, including capital murder and DUI defense. He earned his B.S. in accounting from the University of Kentucky in 1985 and his J.D. from the University of Louisville College of Law in 1988. Admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association in 1988, he is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the United States Supreme Court (1994). Tucker was elected to the American Board of Criminal Lawyers in 2015 and received the AV Preeminent® Award from Martindale-Hubbell in 2012. He is a past president of the Kentucky Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers (KACDL), selected as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association, and rated 10.0 Superb by AVVO. He lectures on criminal law, especially DUI defense and drug detection. He is an executive board member of the Children’s Charity Fund of the Bluegrass and volunteers in the nursery program at Crossroads Christian Church.

Mike Rowland

Mike Rowland, born in 1968, moved to Lexington in 1986 to attend the University of Kentucky, where he earned a Marketing Degree and completed Law School. He has practiced at Baldani Law Group since 1999, focusing on criminal defense, divorce, child custody and support, guardianship, and personal injury cases. Mike has successfully tried cases in District, Circuit, and Federal courts throughout Kentucky and has written successful appeals. He has served on the Fayette County Bar Association Board of Directors, as a Member of the Family Law Section, and as Chair of the Criminal Justice Section. He received the 'Nick of Time' Award for handling a difficult child abuse case. Mike volunteers as a coach for the YMCA, serves on the Beta Theta Pi Alumni Housing Board, and volunteers for local charities, including making presentations to high school classes with the CARE Program.

John P. Rompf

Born and raised in Winchester, Kentucky, John P. Rompf returned to practice law at White, McCann & Stewart, PLLC after graduating from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2012. He became a partner in January 2018. John dedicates half of his practice to real estate law and also handles personal injury, family law, criminal defense, and landlord-tenant disputes. He is the current Treasurer for the Clark County Bar Association.

John H. Rompf

Born in 1950 in Lexington, Kentucky, John H. Rompf attended the University of Notre Dame and graduated from the University of Kentucky, College of Law in 1975. He joined White, McCann & Stewart in 1974 as a Law Clerk, became an Associate Attorney in 1975, and a Partner in 1978. He has served on the board of the Winchester-Clark County Chamber of Commerce for nearly 30 years and was a member of the Winchester Lions Club from 1976 to 2008.

Nanci M. House

Nanci M. House is a partner at White, McCann & Stewart, PLLC, focusing on family law and contract disputes. She graduated magna cum laude from Transylvania University in 2000 and cum laude from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2003. She was sworn into the Kentucky Bar Association in 2003 and became a partner in 2008. Nanci is active in community service, receiving the Kentucky Bar Association's Young Lawyers' Service to the Community Award in 2013 and the Junior League of Lexington Volunteer of the Year award in 2016.

Russ Baldani

Russ Baldani is the senior partner at Baldani Law Group, with over thirty years of experience representing individuals accused of crimes in state and federal courts of Kentucky. He started as a public defender at Fayette County Legal Aid, gaining extensive trial experience. Notable cases include Commonwealth v. LaFonda Fay Foster, where he secured a life sentence after a death penalty recommendation, and the Carrollton Bus Crash case, where he represented Larry Mahoney and achieved a lesser sentence by highlighting the bus manufacturer's fault. He also successfully defended William Jerry Hadden in a federal 'harboring aliens' case, resulting in acquittal. Russ focuses almost exclusively on criminal defense, handling cases in juvenile, district, circuit, and federal courts, including appeals. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and a lifetime member and past president of the Kentucky Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (KACDL).

Darrian D. Botts

Darrian D. Botts is an Associate Attorney at White, McCann & Stewart, PLLC, practicing in civil litigation, employment law, family law, criminal law, and real estate, among other areas. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Eastern Kentucky University in 2018 and from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law in 2021. Darrian passed the Uniform Bar Exam in July 2021 and was sworn into the Kentucky Bar Association in October 2021. She is a former Division I Track & Field student-athlete and is active in community organizations.
