Michael F. Ram is a consumer class action lawyer with 40 years of experience. He graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1982. In 1992, he was a co-recipient of the Trial Lawyer of the Year Award from Trial Lawyers for Public Justice. He was with Lieff, Cabraser, Heimann and Bernstein from 1993-1997, then founded Levy, Ram & Olson in 1997. He heads the consumer products and automotive litigation department at Morgan & Morgan and has been involved in numerous significant class action settlements including a $1.5 billion settlement in the Philips Recalled CPAP litigation. He currently serves as Vice-President of San Francisco for the Federal Bar Association, Northern District of California Chapter.
