Claire Estill McHugh obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton. She was selected by Teach for America in 2012. After teaching, Claire attended Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2017. She practices in civil litigation, real estate matters, estate planning, and domestic and family law issues. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Kentucky and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Claire is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Mason-Bracken Bar Association, Kentucky County Attorneys’ Association, the National Fraternal Order of Police Limestone Lodge #5. She volunteers with several organizations including the Tom Browning Boys & Girls Club Board, Mason County Specialty Court, Legal Aid of the Bluegrass, and Teach for America Alumni Board.
