Aaron Hooper is a founding and acting partner at Hooper Mitchell & Associates, PLLC, specializing entirely in criminal defense in Idaho. He represents clients in State and Federal Criminal cases. As a former prosecutor, he has extensive experience and is highly regarded as a trial lawyer, having handled cases from First Degree Murder to Inattentive Driving. He is a member of the Idaho Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Federal CJA Panel. He also serves as a Major and JAG officer in the Idaho Air National Guard.
