About Abbey
Abbey L. Johnston is an associate at Stankoski Myrick LLC. An experienced litigator, her practice is devoted to criminal and civil litigation, and she has represented a number of criminal clients in Municipal, District, and Circuit courts. Mrs. Johnston’s practice also extends to family law and juvenile litigation, including juvenile dependency and delinquency cases, custody proceedings, divorce, and adoptions. Mrs. Johnston is a state-certified Guardian ad Litem, representing children in dependency and private matters. She is also member of the Baldwin County Drug Court Team where she represents indigent clients who are incarcerated. Mrs. Johnston was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2014 and previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable J. Langford Floyd, Presiding Judge of the 28th Judicial Circuit in Baldwin County, Alabama. She has been practicing law at Stankoski Myrick, LLC since 2015.
