
About Abigail
Attorney Abigail Kenyon is a passionate and dedicated advocate who brings both compassion and determination to her legal practice at Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers. A native of Adair County, Kentucky, Abigail earned her undergraduate degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 2020 before graduating from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2023. While in law school, Abigail was a committed leader and changemaker. She served as Vice President of the LGBTQIA+ Law Caucus, Secretary of the ACLU of Brandeis, and co-founded the Lou Name Change Clinic, a groundbreaking initiative that assists transgender individuals with affirming their identities through the legal name change process. Abigail is deeply committed to community-based advocacy and is especially passionate about empowering individuals and families in Louisville’s West End. Her practice is grounded in a belief that the law should be accessible, equitable, and used as a tool to uplift communities across Kentucky. Outside of the office, Abigail enjoys kayaking, attending live comedy shows and music festivals, and spending time with her family. Her vibrant personality and dedication to service make her a trusted ally and fierce advocate for her clients.
