About Adam
Adam Herrmann is an experienced attorney specializing in workers’ compensation and personal injury law. He aims to provide sound legal guidance and empathetic understanding to achieve the best results for his clients, recognizing and resisting insurance companies’ tactics. Before joining McDuffey & Medcalf, LLC, Adam spent years representing insurance companies in private practice, primarily handling Missouri Workers’ Compensation claims and personal injury claims involving medical malpractice. Prior to that, he was a Missouri Assistant Attorney General, defending the State in claims by State employees and representing the State’s Second Injury Fund. Adam holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law and received his undergraduate degrees from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. Born and raised in Mid-Missouri, he has deep roots in the community.
